Jerry was a pleasure to work with. He is very easy-​going, and knows the process very well. I could get a hold of him at any time via phone or email. A majority of the paperwork was handled electronically, which was very convenient, as we did not have to repeatedly visit an office. Jerry negotiated that the seller include a home warranty because the house was a foreclosure-​flip. This came in very handy after the rainy season when the roof started leaking in multiple places!

My wife and I purchased our first home from Jerry and Rachel. Although the process is supposed to be fun, happy, and enjoyable Jerry and Rachel were underhanded and took all the fun and joy out of the process. I have little to no trust in real estate agents because of their actions, next time we hire a good lawyer to help protect us.
