I have loved Express since I was 18 years old. However, prices have increased drastically and the staff at this location is not helpful at all. I have never been greeted when I’ve been in the store. I’ve been to the store when it has been slow and every time, I am never greeted or offered any assistance. I was in the men’s section recently shopping for my husband. Also, I was not greeted or offered assistance. The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. I only give it one star because I do like the clotging although the selection at this location is fairly limited.

I came here on a Saturday an hour after they opened. I had to make a return. They were having a 70% off sale so I decided to see what they had on the clearance racks. I ended up buying a jean button down shirt, a tank & a dress. I may take the tank & dress back. There were only 2 associates working but they were able to handle the few customers there were but more and more customers came in. I had to search for an associate for the dressing room. Once I was ready for check out, the associate started talking about how her friend didn’t go out with her last night, totally ignoring practices of good customer service. Why should a customer here loud and clear about the night you had, smh. The quality of clothing at Express is definitely not worth their regular prices. Wait till they have their annual sales to buy their clothing because the sales pricing seem more accurate for their apparel than their regular pricing. Clearance online is up to 80% off.

Wow… What a depressing shopping experience. It looked like they were having an out-of-business sale. I only came here because I had a gift card and it was good luck that I found a cute top and skirt in the middle of this hot mess of a store. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at an express. The guy ringing me up couldn’t care less about the people on line. He kept talking to his coworker about whose hours were being cut. He threw my clothes in the bag and I had to say excuse me as he was ringing me up because he was so engaged in his conversation. I could’ve walked off with something and he wouldn’t have noticed. First and last time I’ll come here.

Express was my favorite store for years. But the clothes are way too expensive especially if you can only wear their shirts a couple of times before they get tiny HOLES in them. I’m going to upload pictures of just a handful of my shirts that are only good to clean house in now. I thought I had moths or something. I started shopping elsewhere to see if it was the actual shirts. Bingo. I’ve never had the problem again. I feel really jipped. I know I spent ATLEAST a thousand bucks a year in that store. Jeans are too expensive for what they are as well but I would have kept shopping there if the clothes held up way way longer than this! I’m Pretty disappointed. PS I know how to wash clothes delicately. This did not help. The shirts never saw the inside of a dryer. That didn’t matter either.

This store’s not that big, and they don’t always have much to offer in terms of sizes between a 00 and a 12. The customer service is excellent, though. The last few times I was here, I was helped by Maria, and she was great! Everyone else is really friendly and helpful as well.

Express is the only store I can go to for jeans or work-appropriate slacks. Unfortunately, I can’t find them at THIS Express store. The selection is small and they almost never carry my size(6 – 8). Go to the 3rd Street Santa Monica store if you want actual selection.

Cindy really said it all best… this is the smallest Express I have ever been to and there really are only a few people working at any given moment. Often, I’m one of only 2 – 3 customers in the store and yet I can’t find anyone to open a fitting room or ring me up when the time comes. When i do find someone, they are always courteous and properly helpful. I do a lot of waiting around in this store, and it would be worth it if they had what i was looking for when i came in… but they have such a small selection and the clearance section has so little in it, compared to other Express stores, that it’s just not worth my time.

2 stars strictly for the mens department side. It’s probably has the least selection for men’s clothing among all the express’s in the area. If you want a to get a quick 1MX shirt or jeans they’ll have that and some limited supply of the current season selection, but I’d rec going to the century city or santa monica stores.

Yup. Cindy(see below) is spot.on. Nice store. Good deals when the sales are on and when the staff are there, they’re helpful and know their stock very well… but where the heck are the staff? Where do they hide? I was at the fitting room area for a while before anyone emerged then once ready to pay, yet again, they had all vanished. Besides this mystery, it’s a useful store for casual, work and of course parties with copious amounts of sequins and flashy eye catching tops.

I have enjoyed shopping at Express for years. Clothes is contemporary and chic and they have professional, formal, and causal wear. Prices are decent if you buy with a coupon or on sale. I was excited when I found out an Express location was opening near my house. Every time I go to Westfield, I peek inside here to see if there is anything I want. Unfortunately, the selection isn’t as big as other Express stores and even when I do find something that I like, I can’t find it in my size. There isn’t much staff here either. Seems like whenever I come in there are 3 people there: 2 managing the women’s and 1 overlooking the men’s. Overall, staff has been helpful though. I will continue to come here just to browse and drop off my Express bill payment when I have to. If you don’t want to go in the store, you can always order online. I recommend signing up for Ebates to get an additional cash discount on purchases for Express. Ebates is free and four times a year you get a check for the discount you are awarded by shopping through them. You can also save on tons of other popular retail stores too. Check them out!
