Wish I could give this zero stars came here a few hours before my graduation so they could my makeup. The lady who attended me is nice but I told her to not exaggerate on my makeup. I wanted her to do my makeup not dramatic. They didn’t have a mirror so I couldn’t really see how I looked while she was doing my makeup. People were staring at me and I thought it was because the lady was doing good and my makeup up was on fleek. But when my mom came back to check on me, she was laughing. I thought to myself“what’s wrong with her” but then she said «tell the lady to give you the mirror» and so I did with such excitement but when the lady handed me the mirror and I looked at myself I was so shocked. I was so mad and frustrated. The lady left me looking like a clown. She put some type of white eyeshadow on me which did not go good with my skin color. Not only did she put an eyeshadow that did not go good with me but she put soooooo much powder foundation. My face looked so orange while my neck was all white. I literally wanted to cry. When I left, my mom and I went straight to the car to go change into our dresses. While we were driving to my school. I immediately took all the makeup off. My mom was even mad at me. I wasted her money so I could look pretty and formal but instead I looked like a god daum clown. Worst of all I didn’t want to go to my graduation looking like that. I was going to meet my boyfriend’s parents. Ughhh I’ll NEVER come back to this place ever again. That was my first time coming here and my last. Worst horrible experience. The lady who attended me should not even be working there. She should get fired. Please think twice, wait more than just twice about coming here.

Beware Beware beware!!! I have the same exact experience as a previous user. Came to get my eyebrows done at eyebrow bar and saw their 5 dollar deal. The lady botched up my eyebrows, cut one of them too small at the end and then covered it up with makeup so I could not tell till I got home. I had to wait months for it to grow back and even then it’s not growing in the same and still uneven. I should have known not to come her when I was sitting in the chair someone came and complained that their eyelashes that they had done the day before had fell off. BEWARE never again…

I came here a few months ago when I really needed my eyebrows done. I was planning on going to the Brow Bar in the mall, which I’ve heard is amazing. Unfortunately they were too expensive for my budget at the time. I then decided to go to the Color Me Beautiful kiosk after seeing a sign for $ 5 eyebrows. What a value!
I was seen after about a 5 minute wait. The girl doing my brows wasted no time and went to town. I saw her pull out a little razor and start going crazy. I was afraid, but the women before me hadn’t complained so I figured it would be okay. Boy was I wrong!
After my eyebrows were hacked away by the brow lady (I wish I had gotten her name), I looked into the mirror and almost sobbed. My eyebrows were so thin and had patches missing. They literally never grew back the same. Luckily I left them alone for months and then finally had someone else wax and correct them. They still have a few bald spots that I have to fill in and I swear to you they were not there before I came to this cheap @$$ kiosk. NEVER AGAIN.
Do they screw everyone’s eyebrows up? Who knows… but it’s not a chance I’d ever take again.

Last weekend was my best friends Bachelorette party in Vegas. Due to my busy work/​school schedule I came to this location the evening before the day I was flying out to meet the rest of the party. I had come here once before to get individual eyelashes placed and they lasted me nearly 2 weeks! Which I thought was great! But this time around I had a horrible experience. The individual lashes looked great at the time but the next morning I was horrified to find several of the lashes on my pillows! I quickly looked to see what time the shop opened as I had to be on my way to the airport by 11am. I was pleased to see they opened at 10. As I was packing up for my trip, more and more lashes continued falling off without even touching them. As I was driving to get my lashes replaced, the mere wind was knocking them off. I couldn’t believe it! I arrived at 945 in hopes to be the first customer… as 1015 rolled around someone finally arrived. As I explained my situation I was disappointed to be told that no one could help me until noon. The woman called the manager on the phone to explain what was going on, the only thing they offered me was to go to one of thier other locations. By this time it was after 1030, as I was on a time crunch, there was absolutely no way I could have made it. Regardless, no effort was made to take down my name or number to try to fix the situation. I eventually removed the rest of the mangled lashes, and mind you, too easily removed as if any glue was hardly used. So disappointed with this experience!

I have always used this kiosk to get my eyebrows done, they do razor and the salespeople here have always done a good job. I recently started trying them out for makeup for events. I went last week to get my makeup done for casual maternity pictures and everything worked out fine and it was beautiful, so I decided to trust them with my makeup appointment for my baby shower yesterday. I was on time for my 12pm appointment but there was one guy there who was working on someone else, and he basically told me he was booked up and there was nothing he could do. He had a line of people waiting who were walkups and he said he had to take them first, though I had an appointment, and wouldn’t give me any guarantee of when he would get to me. He just seemed very nonchalant, unsympathetic, and unapologetic about the whole thing, and with that attitude I felt like I didn’t even really want him working on me on such a special day. I ended up getting squeezed in at the MAC counter later and got great service there, but the whole thing set me back an hour and a half, and I missed the first part of my own shower. I’m still giving three stars because they do usually do good work here and products and makeovers are more affordable than MAC, but they do not take appointments that seriously and probably shouldn’t be trusted with doing your services for special, important events. That I was late and missed out on seeing some of my family and friends is really going to irk me every time I think about my so carefully planned shower for my first child.

I came here from a friend’s recommendation and I had a pretty decent experience for it being my first time getting individual lashes.
When I arrived to the little kiosk in the center of the mall, both ladies working their were busy working on 2 customers. One customer was beyond pissed off because her eyebrows did not come out the way she wanted them too. Awkward situation since it was my first time there. After the pissed off customer left I was immediately helped.
She was very nice and friendly. This made me feel comfortable since I was a bit nervous. My eyes burned a little from the glue but it took about 10 minutes for her to finish putting all the individuals. I really liked how they looked, but a few fell of the very next day! Some of the glue started too feel clumpy and uncomfortable. I guess I may not be use to this whole ‘individual lash life’. :)
$ 15 was not too bad to spend on my first experience, but I don’t think this will be a usual thing for me. Why? Well, first of all, they do not last the ‘2 weeks’ she said they would, which could get costly if I go multiple times and ugly since one eye looks fuller with lash than the other (if I pull them off, my natural lashes come out too, ggrrrrr). Second, it is a little uncomfortable and I was recommended not to wet my eyes! I shower, I sweat from the gym, I cry (not really, but you never know), and I wash my face! No lie, beauty is pain.
I would recommend for those who really do not mind the little annoyances that come with individual lashes.

Color Me Beautiful is my current go to place for lashes, I’ve been coming for about a year and I am absolutely in love with their work. The eyelashes are super full and look like falsies — which is exactly the look that I am going for! It’s only $ 20 for a full set and it just takes 20 – 30 minutes to apply
The only downsides is that you have to get your lashes done in public at a mall setting and there is usually a really long wait for services — but its worth it enough that I will drive all the way down to Culver City to get them done.
On a side note, they have the amazing food court at this mall. Theres a 101 Noodle Express, what? Vietnamese food, in addition to Panda Express and your usual fare.

Decided to get my eyelashes done at this Color Me Beautiful kiosk was pretty excited because the eyelashes looked beautiful! So I waited the wait was super long but it’s understandable they got customers and blah blah blah it takes awhile I get it. So my turn comes up and the girl is already upset with the customer she got before so I decided to be nice, even though I didn’t mind she started cussing while talking (ok with me but it might not be with others) I did want to get individuals but decided not to because it looked like a lot of work and the employee looked upset already and kept bragging about how she was almost off the clock. While doing my eyelashes she said she was so happy that I had decided for the strips instead of the individuals guess it was making her time go by fast. Whatever I get them done I go home and within 3 hours of getting them done they fall off I couldn’t go back because the mall closed at 9. So as of right now I will not be going back and I am not satisfied at ALL.
