Had the washing machine part (motor) when I needed it. Perhaps not as cheaply as I’d like, but they had it, so I’m happy. Actually stocking the part as opposed to sending for it has to count for something. Electricity, staff, rent — there’s a cost to that, it’s the cost of having the part, when you need it. I’m glad they’re here!

Horrible. First negative review i’ve ever given. I went in with a simple need of a compression nut for a PLASTIC ¼ inch tubing (didn’t know what I needed exactly as I am a novice so I took in the actual part that I needed to show an «expert»). The guy (I believe his name was Robert) sold me a compression nut that was smaller than ¼ inch, and copper washers that only seal well for copper piping, not plastic… of which I had actually brought him to show him exactly what I needed. After arrive home and trying to install, I realized what he sold me didn’t work, so I had to do my own education online to find out what I really needed. After watching this video (
) I am shocked that this guy even has a job. If he didn’t know what he was doing, he should have asked someone he worked with. Hugely disappointed as I’d love more local stores in Mar Vista/​Venice/​Culver to do well (yes, I know they are a chain, but they are not to the scale of Home Depot).
