My Business Specializes in Personal Chefing, Catering, and Private Cooking Lessons. I am a one man operation and i expect nothing but a perfect ending at the end of the meal. I purchase, prepare, and serve the food to the client unless of course it is a cooking lesson. My fee is $ 55.00 per hour with a three hour min. the cost of food is extra. I have been working for the private sector as a personal chef in private homes as well as catering for families for up to 100 covers. In edition I have been teaching clients in the comfort of thier homes the art of cooking.

I started cooking in private homes since 1998. At the time i was self taught and then in 2001 i went to culinary school to hone in on my craft and graduated with high honors and graduated second in my class. I put my best foot forward in every job i undertake. On my web sight i am on a local cooking show that i did a few years ago as well as pictures of some of my creations. With that said i feel after viewing my web sight you well get a better perspective of how i run my business.
