What sets Tracy apart however is her knowledge and incorporation of proper nutrition. The balanced and wholesome meals that she prepares are carefully chosen to fit one’s dietary needs. As the mother of an athlete, my son’s specialized meal plan by Tracy has increased his athletic performance significantly! She keeps in regular touch with her clients and is always willing to go the extra mile. Tracy’s culinary skills and her personal attention to her client’s needs have been indispensable to us. If you are looking for a dependable, trustworthy and professional chef who can prepare wholesome, delicious and nutritious meals then you’ve found the right person.

Tracy is really great. She cooked for a very important dinner for me for clients and it was amazing. The food was great and service was exceptional. On top of this she has been making meals for my husband and I for 8 months and she is able to keep up with out crazy diets and changes.

Tracy is a life-​saver. A few years ago, my doctor told me to stop eating grains, dairy, nuts, eggs, tomatoes and a bunch of other things. I faced the impossible: trying to enjoy food while on a severely restrictive diet.
On top of that, I work two jobs full-​time. I do not have time to go grocery shopping. I don’t have time to research new recipes. I don’t have time to prepare delicious food. I was devastated. How was I going to eat?
My family started searching for a personal chef or food preparation service that would meet our needs. We really struggled, because most of the services out there can’t cater to the specific dietary needs of a super strict diet.
Then we found Set the Table. Tracy is amazing. She does the shopping and I know I can trust her to buy the best quality foods. She knows what’s safe, how it’s sourced, how it’s packaged, how it’s handled.
She researches recipes for me, finding new dishes to keep me from getting bored on my super restrictive diet. She’s inventive, she’s careful with ingredients (never exposing me to something I can’t have). I can say to her: Tracy, I want a treat this week. She will come up with something new, amazing, tasty and somehow still within my diet.
She shops, prepares the food in our home. She’s great with our dogs. The food is amazing. She has an exceptional repertoire of recipes and she’s constantly adding to it. She spends two days cooking food for my whole family for the entire week and then eating a nutritious, delicious meal is as easy as popping it in the oven for 5 minutes.
She’s amazing. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
