Chase Bank

Even though the bank is small, the customer service was great! Jessica was very helpful and courteous when I opened my college checking account.

This location closes teller and only has 3 machine tellers. It’s very inconvenient and long wait even with a few customer. Very bad to do the banking service.

Chase bank is just another bank, but the reason I give this particular bank 5 stars is because of their excellent customer service. There was a particular young lady who went out of her way to help me, I appreciated that. Although I dont remember her name, her desk was the 1^st one on the right. I will edit this when I find out her name.

Great service. I work in west LA. I needed to do a long distance business with a branch of Wells Fargo Bank in Burbank but one end of this business needed to be done with a Chase Bank. Late Friday afternoon (07/​17/​2015), 10 minutes before all the banks get closed I went to this branch of Chase and speak to the Patrick. Sure enough he helped me a lot to get this business done. He even took my call after the hours when I was not in the branch and that is greatly appreciated.

Small Asian male teller has absolutely no customer service skills. Also this branch attempts to replace tellers with computers, so expect a long wait if you need to see someone. Better off going to another branch

Great staff gave me good information on military benefits. Very helpful Luisa was nice

Every time I stop by, I always get treated with a smile.
There is never a line and I am always in and out in five+ minutes.
To me, that’s awesome!
Compared to other banks. I’d say this is the best location ever!

Whatever you do, do not use Chase for notary services, particularly this specific Chase location. Went to get a transfer deed notarized after another Chase location messed it up once before and caused it to be rejected by the recorder’s office. It’s obvious that any idiot can pass the notary class. The guy refused to notarize my deed CORRECTLY. He insisted that the other party needed to have their signature notarized too despite the fact that they are completely on the receiving end of the transaction. Ummm, although I’m in the legal field, it’s really not that hard of a concept. Contracts 101: the person giving something to the receiving party is the one who needs a witness saying that they are not giving up their portion against their will and that it’s really the person listed on the contract and not an impersonator. I can’t believe I’m writing basics here and more in disbelief that I had to walk out after telling him that I’m not comfortable with him notarizing my document incorrectly (he wanted to draw a line through where the receiver signs). Idiot!
All was well in the end — I went somewhere else and got my deed notarized correctly by someone who isn’t stupid and got it filed with the recorder’s office.
Chase: why offer notary services when they’re not really useable? Grrrrrr…

The new Chase bank location is always clean and is ready to except their clients. Most of the bankers I got a chance to work with were supper nice and helpful. I always feel like they are not in a rush to take care of business.

I waited for 30 minutes to get a debit card because no one was capable or available to make it happen. Nice people but for something that took all of 2 minutes when it came down to it is poor customer service.

Fast, friendly service!
A laid back location where it’s not unusual to be the only customer in the branch. On my first visit, 3 associates approached me before I reached the banker’s window. Turns out, they have these new, fancy ATMs (only available for use inside of the branches) that can do most of what tellers do. Plus, you don’t even have to fill out a slip!
Just remember to bring your ATM card, hit up a machine, and you’ll zip right through!
