North Shore Aggregate

I have lived in a typical Chicago bungalow for almost 6 years and for 5 of them suffered with an ugly, broken concrete slab patio until North Shore saved the day. In just 2 days they removed all of the old concrete (over 6 inches deep in parts!) and laid a beautiful, much more suitably designed aggregate patio. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish as well; helpful in the initial planning stages, very friendly & respectful of my house and neighbors during the work and thorough in their follow up. I look forward to hiring them again with any future houses!

The guys at North Shore put in a beautiful aggregate patio in the back yard of my Wicker Park town house. We are in an old section of Chicago and our yard is below the street level. Every time it rained, we would get standing water in our back yard and it was flowing toward the house! North Shore ripped out the old wood deck (and the concreate slab that was hiding underneath the deck), and regraded the whole yard so that the water would drain away from the house. They designed the layout, removed the old deck and patio, regraded the yard, and pored a great looking patio in 3 days! I had my house appraised shortly after the work was done and the value of the home went up significantly. The notes in the appraisal said the aggregate patio was a major selling point. I could not be happier with their professionalism and the results.
