Richmond Floorcovering & Bath’s

Let me start by saying, I am a very critical customer. It is very rare for me to be completely satisfied with a service and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the Richmond Flooring team. My husband and I shopped around quite a bit before deciding to go with Richmond. Tony came out for our consultation and made a great first impression. That night he sent me the most detailed quote. It was three pages long with every line item broken down with prices. His quote was substantially less than the others we received. Tony, Chad and Steve are extremely hard working. They slated ten days to demo and construct an entirely new bathroom with a steamer and heated floors and had it done in eight. They were prompt every morning and never stopped working when they were here. Their work is amazing. They are extremely detail oriented and did a fabulous job. It is rare to find someone in the construction business who is great with customers, detail oriented and organized in administrative work and does flawless work. My husband and I enjoyed getting to know them and having them in our home. They are super nice and were a joy to have around. They were very respectful of our unit and space as well as the common areas in our condo. They cleaned up daily in our condo as well as our common halls. Tony sent me the final invoice the night before they finished and there were no surprise costs added. These guys are awesome, you will not regret choosing them!

Holy moly… why on earth has Unilocal not discovered Tony and his team yet? For tile done right, Richmond Floodcovering and Baths are a no brainer.
Here’s what happened. There seemed to be moisture under my floors – the tenant was not so happy. I (your friendly neighborhood landlord) was not so happy. Also, it looked like poop. Our job was to rip out the floor, take away all the grossness that had developed under the floor (garden unit), and put down some spiffy NEW tile in its place.
I called Tony, he gave me a fair estimate (the lowest of the three I got), and they did an AMAZING job on the tile. Right on schedule. He is honest, punctual, and very talented. Also a native Chicago guy, with a crew of his own dudes. And yes, he will be ON the actual crew that does the actual work. (Bonus!)
Nice to have a good dude for a change, who cares about his work.
No brainer here folks, all day long. For all the tile work you’ve got to do, Tony’s your guy. If only all contractor-​type decisions were this easy…
