Insider tip, this location of Noodles has the availability to make Buffalo Mac & Cheese, and off the menu item… I just went for lunch today, it is delicious!

The food here was typical to what I would have at any other noodles and company, the portion seemed a little smaller than usual but other than that the food was good. The only problem is with the restaurant and its employees. My family and I sat in the very last booth that looks out to the outdoor patio. While we were sitting at our table a young man walked through the parking lot up to the patio and walked in the back door. He looking in the the little door to where they cook food and a man who works there came out joined his«friend or brother» and they both walked outside together(couldn’t see where they went) then they came back. Then about 6 or 7 more times the man who works there would walk out talk to his friend for a few minutes then his friend would go walk somewhere. He even brought his friend out a soda. Mind you we were probably there no more than 30 minutes. Something seemed very sketchy to me. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I don’t know how Noodles could possibly allow one of their employees to just leave that many times to attend to his questionable side job. The food may be good but I really don’t want to go to place that I feel is unsafe to my children and could potentially put them in a dangerous situation.

Came in with my buddy and got a small like I always do. It was about half as full as it used to be. Pretty hungry still. The manager up front didn’t seem to care much that I was dissatisfied. My friend also got a hot pot and asked for no meat. Well it had pork in it. So they had to remake that and it took forever. Very unfulfilled experience.

I came in with my mother and grandmother for dinner, and there was a confusion in one of our orders. When the server brought out the order and we noticed it was wrong, the manager on duty came right out and apologized for the confusion. She gave us the mistaken order for free, and had the right order cooked right up! The manager’s name is Michaela and we wish her and her staff all the best! Exceptional customer service and a very pleased family! The food itself was fresh and tasty!

I ordered my food online. I walk in about 10 mins after the time it was supposed to be ready. Guy asks how he can help me, i say i’m here to pick up, he says how much i owe, i pay him. Tells me to wait for the food. I wait over 25 mins. Other pick orders wait about 3 – 4 mins. I then walk up and say whats taking so long, they had my food behind them and never bothered giving it to me. Won’t be back! They walk past me at least 10 times and no one bothers giving my food. I won’t be back!

Not a bad place to eat if you are in a rush and want food quickly. The prices are very reasonable and the food is pretty flavorful for a fast casual restaurant. The pad Thai is my favorite. I usually order it with the Mediterranean salad which is also delicious. I once tried their mac & cheese which is also delicious and is very cheesy which I was surprised because most places skim out on the cheese. If you’re on a lunch break you should definitely give this place a try.

I went today for lunch. After the dentist, after getting my hair cut and colored, and after selling more stuff at Scotsman’s. It’s on Olive. Everything else is on Olive. I ate in. Not something I usually do at a place like this. But it was 2:30 p.m. for lunch, and not much was happening. And I was hungry. And I had my book. I got The Med Salad with Grilled Chicken($ 9.02 with tax) — Grilled chicken, romaine, mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, olives, cavatappi pasta, spicy yogurt dressing and feta. And I asked them to hold on the cavatappi pasta. I don’t need or want pasta in a salad. I know what you’re thinking. Go to a pasta joint that even has«noodles» in its name and don’t get pasta. Get a salad. Call me dumb. The register at which I ordered, the order-taker was checked out of the machine, so he technically could not take my order. He was required to return my money to me, and I had to checkout at another machine with another person. Hmmm. You need a doctorate degree to figure these new fandangled soda machines when you’re only getting water. I stood in front of the machine a long time figuring it out. At least there was no line behind me. I was tempted to get a diet Dr Pepper. It was a good salad. The olives didn’t have pits, the ingredients were fresh, the chicken was plentiful and small-cut. The feta was grand. Tomatoes were fresh. Cucumber was crunchy. Now that I see that it’s a spicy yogurt dressing, I understand from whence the heat emanated. I couldn’t figure it out when I was eating it. It took me 1.5 hours, but I ate the whole thing.

Worst experience. First time here. Ordered me and my kids food. Got it. My order was wrong so I told them. Waited 10 more minutes. My kids finished eating as I sat there panicking about my food. Got a refund for mine and left. So frustrating. My order wasnt difficult at all. I really was looking forward to liking this place. Now we’ll never know.

I adore(J’adore) Noodles & Company! I was first introduced to this chain when I did a late walk around the Gold Coast of Chicago with a friend and we needed to get a quick bite(Sex n the City style). I frequent this location quite often and my main reason for that is the customer service and food quality are impeccable!!! My most recent example was I when I made a lunch run around the holiday season and extended an offer to some coworkers that if they wanted to place an online order and pay I would be more than willing to pick it up and return it to them. Let’s just say when I got there, one ladies order wasn’t there. Right away the Manager looked in the system to see if the order was placed at a different time or another location. As I am frantically texting coworkers, the Manager walked up to me and said«[you] just picked up nine orders, I’m sure it was accident I’m going to comp it, plus I see you here all the time». I couldn’t believe it; another coworker with me couldn’t believe it either. I told her it was okay that I would go ahead and pay for it and she said«when you have Customers, even if there’s a problem you always do the right thing and for me this is doing the right thing for you and your coworkers». Going above and beyond is an understatement and I immensely appreciated that. When I came back to work my coworker was so very happy; come to find out she didn’t hit the submit button so it was human error not on the company. The coworker that received the free $ 10 lunch gave the money she would have spent to one of the 100 Neediest Families(above what she intended to give originally). Now others also drive out of their way to go to this location. The food is fabulously fresh and they have lots of healthy and even gluten-free options. I would’ve never thought that Buffalo Chili Macaroni & Cheese(classic macaroni & cheese with parmesan chicken coated in buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles & it topped w/green onions) would be good but I was totally surprised and have turned it into my new regular pick up item while it’s in rotation. Also the Whole-Grain Tuscan Linguine(linguine w/white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, white wine, roasted garlic red onions, tomato, spinach & parmesan cheese) and Penne Rosa(spicy tomato cream sauce w/penne pasta, mushrooms, tomato, spinach white wine, & your choice of parmesan or feta cheese) are scrumptious and wildly popular. Try your entrée with a small salad or small soup and you have a well-rounded meal that is totally delicious and you won’t have the guilt of stopping somewhere and getting french fries. They do have delicious sweet treats for the end of your meal as well. They have large snicker doodle cookies that are made fresh daily along with He-Man sized rice crispy treats(they look like the foot of an overfed water buffalo), yes they are huge but they are also delicious. If time permits(you should make sure it does) go out of your way and give this place a try. There are also several other locations in the St. Louis metropolitan area and I am sure that you will receive similar service there is well.

Of course Noodles(for short) is a chain restaurant and the food tends to be fairly consistent across their system, however this is by far the best location in the Saint Louis area. Most likely you know their menu by now so I’ll spare you an explain aside from then mention that the Penne Rosa w/Parmesan Chicken add spicy is my goto order when visiting Noodles. Other than that, if you are anywhere near this location, stop in and be amazed as to how good the food is compared to other sites and let the staff take care of you with a smile as I have become accustomed.

We’ve eaten here 40 – 50 times over the last several years. It’s a good location half way between my wife and I when we’re working. Today was not one of our best visits. I ordered two Penne Rosa with Shrimp with side salads for us, and Mac & Cheese for each of our kids. Only one of our salads came out with the rest if our food, so I told the server, and she said she’d go get it. After about 5 more minutes, and her delivering several other orders, some of which included side salads, I went up and told the supervisor, who then promptly got it. Because we gave up soda for lent, my wife ways drinks Arnold Palmers instead. Their fancy soda machine was out of both Lemonade and Light Lemonade, so I told the same server, and waited for about 10 min. No one changed it. I told a buser, and e said he would get to it as soon as possible. Another 10 min went by, and it still wasn’t changed. Then we told the supervisor and she said she would change it. Finally, as we’re about to leave…45 min after the first time we told them it was out, my wife stopped at the machine to get a drink to take with her, and it was still empty. She stepped around the corner, looked at the supervisor, and she remembered, and then finally had someone change it right then. This has not been our typical experience here, even when it’s really busy at lunch, like it was today. So we’ll give the. Another chance to redeem themselves, but today was not our best visit.

We enjoyed the meals for every visit. Better than what we paid. Lots of vegetable in Asia noodles. Love it.

ya know this place is awesome… I love pasta and you can have it many ways here at Noodles and Co. I have not had one thing on the menu that I haven’t enjoyed. Yeah — some I like better than others and seem to order more… but all in all this place is freakin– awesome. Today I had the Tuscan wheat noodles and feta AND parm cheese… AND I do always get the parm encrusted chicken… I cannot help myself… I took it back to the office and snarfffed in fact my coworker commented that I didn’t even come up for air. The mac — n– cheese is of course good too. On a side note a really good looking guy waited on my today and he had an awesome smile and personality… I had to bump them up a star just for this — –grrrrrrrr

What’s not to love about a place that has Mac n’ Cheese AND Toffee/Snicker-doodle cookies on their menu? What can I say? It’s a chain restaurant that makes decent cheesy macaroni and other noodle dishes. When I’m out in the Creve Coeur area and I’m craving some cheesy goodness, I make sure to hit up Noodles & Company. Call me childish, but the Macaroni and Cheese, their fabulous cookies, and a side salad are the only things that I’ve ever tried from this place. I honestly don’t think my order will ever change. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, right? If you’re in the mood for pasta and a salad, give Noodles & Company a shot. Make sure you grab a Snicker-doodle & Toffee cookie. They’re simply amazing.

This is a great alternative when you’re craving a quick pasta fix but aren’t really sure whether you want Italian, Asian, American, etc. And you can get the noodles with or without protein(chicken, beef, etc.). One of my favorites is the Mac & Cheese done with hot noodles with shredded cheese sprinkled across the top when served. You stir the noodles and cheese and get a tasty melted cheese sauce. This one is often tasty if you add the little meatballs. My other favorite is Pesto Cavatappi with grilled chicken, and this has my go-to dish here for the last couple years.

Uh, yum! I don’t know why I always blew this place off… maybe because it’s so obnoxiously«chainy.» We were hungry tonight and had minimal time, so Noodles & Company it was. The place was almost empty so it was even quicker than expected! First things first. Can you imagine how huge the smile on my face was when I found out they serve wine?! I’ve never been so happy to see a glass of chardonnay in my life! Granted, it was probably from a four dollar bottle, but I didn’t care a bit. Unexpected wine = the best dinner experience ever, no matter the location. And a whole restaurant dedicated to my all-time favorite carb? And in American, Mediterranean, and Asian? Pretty sweet deal! I tried to be «healthy» so I ordered the Chinese chop salad, which comes with sesame soy tossed mixed greens, Asian sprouts, cabbage, red pepper, cucumbers, carrots, crispy wontons and black sesame. I got mine with grilled chicken, and I couldn’t stop eating! My other half got the Japanese pan noodles and he liked them but complained a bit about the portion size. You men and your appetites. I like this place! I probably won’t frequent it, but when I have a carb craving I’ll gladly stop in.
