So I typically go to the 5^th street location but Creve Coeur was able to fit me in when 5^th street couldn’t! I had a facial there done by jasmine. She was awesome! Extremely friendly and helpful. I had lots of questions and wasn’t sure what facial I wanted. She helped me figure out what would be best for my skin type. It was a great experience and if you are going there for a facial I would definitely recommend asking for Jasmine!

I forgot to check in– but I received my first facial last night. I don’t care what the reviews on here say… It was amazing. Mandie was great!
I am not sure how many people work there that do facials, but Mandie was amazing. I will defiantly Come back. She walked me through everything and was very friendly. As she said the next day (today) my face would feel like butter and it does! She said my face is really healthy, she didn’t pressure me into buying anything because of that I do plan on coming back to see her!

Have been going here occasionally for the past couple years. Always have a good massage. Some therapists are more chatty, which I don’t care for, but to each her own. Lobby is clean. They hand you a water bottle before and after your massage. Will be back next month.

This was my first time getting a massage and I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect. April was my massage therapist, she did an amazing job! Told me how to work on the areas that were tense, and also told me how long I should go before getting another massage but she was not pushy about making another appointment. I had a wonderful experience and I will be going back for another massage next month.

Not happy with the service provided
Got a facial done and the lady was trying to sell me their products. She applied some cream on my pimple and told it would go but the result is pimple has left a mark on my skin

I’ve stopped in twice, and I am definitely a fan.
The biggest reason is probably the locale. Being literally 2 minutes away doesn’t hurt a bit.
Other reasons why I like it here:
I was treated in the same fashion on two separate occasions. Once I arrived in my office clothes, the other time I was scrubbed out in scruffy sweatpants and a t-​shirt 2 sizes too big.
The receptionist will ask if you have a preference between a male or female practitioner. Personally, I don’t care, but it’s nice to know the option is available.
Both masseurs were great — they asked if I had any requests for areas to work on or avoid and listened well. At no time was I ever uncomfortable around them as they were working on me.
I left loosened and relaxed but not worn out.
Plus, I picked up a month-​to-​month membership that gives full access to their water massage bed. Apparently, I can use it as frequently as I want (in 15 minute increments). I tried it once. It was alright. It’s nice because it works the whole body, however, as it’s motorized, it’s very limited on it’s capabilities.
All in all: nice place.

I am a member and think it’s a great value if you love a monthly massage! I recommend The Swedish massage with Jim, Tatiana, or Amy!!! They are my favorite therapists!!!

My message was very good but everything else was a mess. They don’t have enough bathrooms and the staff will start knocking on the bathroom door as soon as you walk in… or you can use the men’s room. They really need to build a ladies lounge with so many massage rooms. After the bathroom fiasco, I got the sales pitch… even after I explained that I live in a different state. Whew!

Love love love Reasonable rates for great massage and facials, They are all good but my personnel faves are Tatyana for massage and Cassidy for facials. The staff is friendly and love getting the hydromassages as well.

worst customer service ever!!! please if you value customer service do no go here. the employee are horribly rude. i signed up for a membership and have been giving the worst service since then. massage was mediocre, the front desk person was rude when i came in and then when i complained to the manager they basically took their side and gave me a bogus corporate number. since the membership is basically a scam i have to wait to cancel but i can not wait to that magical day. i tell everyone i know to just avoid them all they most likely have the same owner. im writing in all caps because i am that disgusted with their deplorable customer service.

I came for a facial and brow wax, got a great deal off groupon.
The facial and brow wax were pretty standard, nothing above and beyond.
Just a heads up for anyone else that goes with a groupon, they push very hard to get you to sign up for their «membership.» I had to decline repeatedly until the lady at the desk conceded.
I’m not a fan of pressured sales and it was definitely one of those awkward situations.

If you are looking to get a facial this is my favorite place to go. I have gone to a few different people but Rebecca has been the best by far. Seems to really care about doing a great job. Knows all the products really well. I have a monthly membership and plan on only going to her.

Technically, I went to FaceLuxe — it’s a part of MassageLuxe. I had a facial for a groupon so I decided to give it a try.
I walked in and the two receptionists were occupied. One was on the phone explaining why she couldn’t refund a membership fee and the other was busy trying to upsell another groupon user into their monthly facial package. Uuuuugh. I hate those packages and I have such a hard time saying no. I was already dreading getting that lecture when I left. I digress. so neither of them greeted me. I stood awkwardly inside the door for about 2 minutes before one of them broke free long enough to tell me they’d be with me in a minute. Pet peeve of mine, I deserved at least a hello when I walked in.
The facial itself was awesome. Rebecca had an awesome touch and other than the «extraction» part it was super relaxing. It was a bit odd because the groupon offered 4 types of facials but nobody every asked me which one I wanted. I couldn’t decide anyway, so I just rolled with whatever she felt like doing.
Afterward, getting dressed I was steeling myself against the dreaded product sell. Did I mention I have a hard time saying no to buying things I don’t need?! To my surprise, Rebecca handed me a facial «prescription» with what she’d used on me and how often she thought I should come back. Oh, and that was when I learned I’d had the Moisture Boost Facial. Very, very nice. I appreciated this list and the advice — but even more, I appreciated no selling.
I walked out and there was only one receptionist left (it was 8:30 at this point). Amazingly enough, she let me walk out without trying to sell me anything! Bonus! I’ll actually consider going back if I don’t have to dread the sales pitch.

I’ve been a member of this chain for more than a year now, and although I keep trying to get up the nerve to cancel my membership in order to cut back on expenses, I go in for a massage and my mind is instantly changed by my regular therapist of choice.
The 90 minutes of bliss is enough to convince anyone that this is that extra monthly expense that really is worth the money.
Unfortunately, the therapists are not always consistent. And if you get one that doesn’t fit your personal preference, you can end up feeling a bit underwhelmed and disappointed. It took me several months to find one that I really liked. I even asked for someone with more experience, and still was paired with someone who didn’t understand that a massage is my time for peace, quiet and relaxation, rather than chit-​chat. Once I did find a great therapist, however, I was hooked, and continue to come back, making sure to request my favorite by name each time.
The prices are reasonable, but many forget to included the added cost of tipping every month. So even if $ 58.88 (it’s less if you choose to go with the basic 60 minute monthly session) seems like a bargain, don’t forget about the gratuity, which should run you at minimum $ 15 – 20 if you’re doing the right thing and tipping based on full-​cost.
