Dunkin’ Donuts / Baskin-Robbins

I really dont like this DD, we’ve lived 2 blocks away for 3 years now and I just wait til I get to the DD by my work in Lemont. This DD is often slow and the workers vary greatly in attitude and competency. Ive gotten several hot drinks that just dont taste right, even the coffee. My last visit there I ordered a pint of vanilla ice cream and I they gave me and charged me for a quart instead. The DD in Lemont is always out of weird things but at least they’re very fast and friendly.

Nice and convenient place to grab a quick coffee, donuts, or ice cream! Friendly service with a smile, which is rare these days! My kids it! Thank you!

A-​ok for a Dunkin Donuts. I was able to get my coffee quickly at 7 am on a Monday morning. Only downside, I asked for «easy on the cream» in my iced coffee and my coffee was still the color of «heavy cream». Cashiers were friendly and I would return if back in the area.

I went through drive thru and gave my order. The girl acted annoyed. She repeated my order and said pull up. Then I waited more than 5 minutes at the window before someone noticed me and told me they never heard my order and forgot. After she told me that, she asked for my order again and made the drinks. Took the money, never said thank you. I understand it’s an hour before close and it could be an off day. The attitudes wouldn’t have bothered me as much if I didn’t have to wait and then repeat my order. Two stars because coffee was done well.

Second visit here. Great place o go for a quick bite. Food is freshly prepared and employees are courteous.

My experience with this location seems to be distinctly different then others. I live between this location and the one on Harlem south of 127^th. I prefer the Harlem location but am often headed in the other direction in the morning. I only go through the drive through and that may be where the problem lies. They have never once gotten my coffee right. I don’t get anything too complicated but when I ask for extra sugar in my large iced latte, there should be at least some sugar in it right? Nope. I usually have to pull around go inside and add sugar. On one occasion the girl at the drive through handed me a drink that obviously had no cream whatsoever in it. I handed it back and repeated the order for the third time. She grabbed the drink, closed the window and walked away without listening to my order. She brought it back, still wrong. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a DND where the drive thru’s accuracy was this bad.
On a positive note, the munchkins and donuts for the kids have always been fresh and tasty.

This is a very clean and friendly location. I love DD coffee and their donuts but only when they’re fresh. Munchkins are always good especially the glazed and chocolate glazed. This location has plenty of sitting and a drive thru. They are always quick to take my order and fulfill it. That’s all that I need when I go to a DD.

This DD is right down the street from my orthodontist, so I usually find myself here every 6 weeks to kill time with a coffee. I would say it’s right in line with the rest of the DD’s that I’ve been to. The coffee is always tasty, service is speedy and workers are generally friendly.
The dining room is a tad small and it tends to get crowded in the AM with kids before school and those chowing down before work. Def could use a remodel too.

We don’t have many Dunkin Donuts which is probably a good thing because I love donuts!
The breakfast sandwiches we outstanding! Fresh! The eggs and bacon were done to perfection!
Enjoyed the coffee too! It is right up the road from the Double Tree so the kids and mom were both happy!
Clean store and friendly service!

I am a big Dunkin person and this is my go to Dunkin in the area! The service is great. employees are not shady when it comes to scoops of ice-​cream and it’s great service! The reason why i give them a 5 star is because I do really come her often and the Service, Drinks and how they keep the store clean is all consistent and i love it! This is my go to Dunkin… whats yours?

Great location… I have come to this D&D on several occasions and always get great service regardless of being a walk-​in or drive thru customer.

Coffee.
It is an addiction.
My morning starts entirely too early (5 a.m.) with a french press of Intelligentsia. The Intelly fuels me until my fiancé and I hit Dunkin’s, nearly three hours later, for iced coffees to sustain us throughout our work day. I told you; it is an addiction.
I love this particular Dunkin. No matter how busy the store is, or how long the line may be, we never wait for more than a few minutes for our coffees. Most times, our iced coffees are on the counter before we even hit the register to place our order. The girls who work there are pleasant, quick, and have us on our way in record time. And that, my friends, is worth its weight in gold.

FAST SERVICE! Walk up and not a word is said and coffee is ready
