I work with buyers and sellers of real estate in the Crested Butte & Gunnison area of Colorado. My clients appreciate my responsive, friendly & thorough approach to the business of real estate. This is my full time job and I really enjoy helping people become a part of this wonderful community. I also realize that sometimes is time to move on to a different property in the area or maybe you are not spending as much time here as you used to. I work with sellers to market their property for sale and to price it correctly so it sells quickly and for the most money possible.

History

Established in 2006.

I first visited Crested Butte in 1991 and was greeted by a rainbow over our iconic mountain. We were able to move here in 1997 and ran Irwin Lodge until it closed in 2002. I worked in Property Management until I got my Real Estate license in 2006. Real estate is in my blood — my parents still own & operate the Coldwell Banker franchise in Taos, NM. Although I started in this business right as the market started to decline I have built a successful business and was among the top 10 producing agents in Crested Butte in 2012.

Molly grew up in Taos, NM and moved east to attend Phillips Exeter Academy & Trinity College, but couldn’t wait to get back to the mountains of the West. She spent 5 years at Snowbird & Alta before moving to Crested Butte in 1997 to renovate and manage Irwin Lodge. Molly is a charter member of RSPS (Resort & Second-​Home Property Specialist) and also has completed the SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) Certification. As a full-​time realtor, Molly will work hard for you through all aspects of the real estate process whether you are buying or selling property in this amazing place. When not working, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, Alan and two boys, Ian, and Alex. They enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, camping, hiking and playing together in this beautiful area.
