Hello, My name is Kevin Cooney. I’m a Realtor with Exit Realty Firm in Cranston, RI. Our office is located at 37 Rolfe Square. I have been licensed to sell real estate in RI and MA since 2008.

Simply put, my goal is to get results for my clients. These results are gained by providing knowledge-​driven real estate advice, guidance and services. No gimmicks. I enjoy the challenges that come along with being a Realtor in today’s market and employ the latest technology, great systems and good old fashioned hard work to meet those challenges.

I am married to Kathryn Cooney and we have one child Margaret and a crazy dog named Otis. We live in the Eden Park neighborhood of Cranston, RI. I graduated from Bishop Hendricken High School Warwick, Rl (1988) and Emerson College Boston, MA (1996) with a BS in Communications.
