The best company where you can get the best quality service. Scott is very quick responding emails or phone calls. My carpets were really in bad shape but he made them look brand new again. I had no hope to get clean as I wished because other companies never done what Scott did. He is very passionate about his work so he will really do his best to make you happy. My husband and I were so happy with his job. On top of everything the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him. He is your best option from town. Let’s support local business!

I like to support local businesses so I contacted Deep Carpet Cleaning. Scott fit us in last minute and was pleasant to deal with. He came out and was pleasant and polite (although 30 minutes late). He looked at the areas that needed to be cleaned and told me he had quoted too much and reduced the original price by $ 70. Great! He didn’t seem to know much about the products though, offering us a scotch guard but didn’t know how long it was effective or if it even really worked. He dragged his monstrous macine up the stairs and went to work. Cleaning took only 30 minutes and while he said he tried 3 times to get pet stains and high traffic areas clean he was unable to do so and told me what I was seeing was probably just the pile pushed the wrong way (really?). After being pushed about the «pile» he said there was nothing he could do for these spots. Further inspection after his departure shows my carpets look mostly better in the majority of areas but not much more so than what could be done myself with a rented machine. All in all I think there was a disconnect where I thought I was hiring someone to do a «deep cleaning» and enzyme treatment for stains but really just got a decent shampoo. Definitely a good way to go if you don’t want to do it yourself but just not what I was looking for. I have another company with enzymes and a truck based system coming in next week, which is who I probably should have called in the first place.
UPDATE: Scott has contacted me and offered to come back at no charge. While I didn’t take him up on his offer, I thought that was an extremely nice touch, showing he truly cares about his clients satisfaction.

Scott is great! I called very last minute and he was able to fit us in. He was prompt professional and, polite. And the carpets look completely different! He removed huge stains and everything looked fresh. He also followed up the next day to make sure we were happy. GREAT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

WOW, Scott Adair was a miracle maker… seriously, our basement has 4 rooms with beige rugs, that are likely 12 plus years old… I am shocked and so excited about our basement rooms… it is now just clean it looks like we put done new rugs Thank you Scott your are the Best, I will always use you and tell everyone about you!

Recently, I had a can of Dr. Pepper explode in my car. I have tried just about everything and could not get it out of the floors and seats. I found this company, which is an upstart, and figured I would give them a try since I like supporting local businesses.
I called the owner (Scott) and was very pleased right away. He knew what he was talking about and was very informative and also was funny. Personality goes a long way, especially since I was a little leery about a brand new company with no reviews/​history.
Let me tell you, I am glad I called. After Scott put me at ease, we scheduled an immediate appointment. He not only got the stains out but detailed the entire interior of the car. I don’t have any carpets in my house except my finished basement. He offered me a nice package deal and the carpet was like brand new again when he was done.
