History

Established in 1984.

Southern Comfort A/​C and Heating, Inc. was originally started by a husband and wife team in 1984. In 2005, the owner began to look for someone he could trust to take over. He found Keith.

Keith Grass had initially began his own A/​C and Heating business – Air Specialist – when he met Charles. The two joined forces, and in October of 2008, Southern Comfort A/​C and Heating, Inc. passed to Keith and his family.

Keith Grass is the head Comfort Specialist, having received his diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in May 1999, and is highly skilled in his field. He owes a great deal to his professor, Ralph Craft, who was a retired engineer in electronics and refrigeration for the US Air Force.
