The party bus was great and exactly what we expected! Priced them out compared to competitors in the area and they were most affordable! They were also great with communication and getting back to my answers quicker than usual. DEF recommended and will for sure use again for future!

Spoke with Steve and from the get go was super accommodating and responsive. We used their 20 passenger party bus to do a wine tasting tour in temecula. We gave the driver, Chris, our itinerary and he took it from there. It wasn’t the «fanciest» party bus around and the glass doors were cracked. Which I’m sure he has already fixed that. Our driver was super awesome and very patient. Steve is very professional and answers emails/​texts/​etc… at all hours of the day and night. Also, after shopping around A LOT, his prices were the best!!! The driver showed up early and even went over our return time a bit. He had music playing but you could also plug in your own. Overall, everything was great! Would highly recommend as well as use again!

Steve gave us a good deal and VIP treatment. He showed up 15 mins early at 4:30am and helped us get loaded up. Will continue to use this company for many years to come. Thank you

I booked a bus with Steve for my daughter’s 21^st. She had a great time with her friends. She was complimentary of Steve, she said he came on time, was professional and courteous. He came with an upgraded bus. They left behind some plastic glasses in the bus, but Steve refund the entire deposit. I would recommend using them in future, i know i will.

Great party bus experience! Steve was early when he arrived and helped us get loaded up. The party bus was clean and perfect for our event. The music he provided was great and there was plenty of storage and room for our things. The price was super affordable. I will definitely use Steve again for all my transportation needs!

Spoke with Steve on the phone to ask for a quote for a ride to the airport and his cost was kinda high for what we wanted to pay but he took the time to recommend to me other options to get to the airport for cheaper. I thought to myself… that is how business should be… well done!

I booked with Steve and was helped promptly. It was super easy! He took my info over the phone because I couldn’t get to the site from my work computer. He sent me a confirmation right away to let me know that it was booked.
Our driver was on time to all the pickups and gave her cell in case we needed earlier access! She was a total sweetheart! She asked for all pickup and drop off locations right away and it all went flawlessly!
I had a great time! The condition of the bus was great and I feel they really take care of their buses!

I hired Williams Hart for my daughter’s 13^th birthday party last night and it was a fantastic experience! Steve, the driver, showed up early with the 30 passenger bus! I had only scheduled the 25 passenger bus, but he upgraded us to the 30 passenger with no extra charge! He was super cooperative and helpful. We had the option of hooking up our own music but we didn’t need to because Steve’s music selection was awesome! My daughter and her 23 friends had such a blast! I will definitely hire this company again!

100% satisfied! To be honest we were a little nervous paying full amount upfront based on prior experience elsewhere but they are very professional and in time. The suburban was very clean and didn’t smell like smoke HUGE PLUS! Chris was our driver and he was a really nice guy too! Very patient waited for over an hour for us to get our of LAX customs! Thank you we will definitely be using them again!

I just celebrated my birthday party this past Sunday. Everything went great! I highly recommend Steve and his services. Our driver Jaiver was really nice and answered all questions. We went to the wineries in Temecula. The only advice I have is if you are truly having just a «wine tasting» make sure you put your group on a schedule. We had the bus from 10−5pm so including the drive there and back we actually were only able to go to 2 wineries. Obviously because we were having fun and drinking on the bus. So just take that into consideration. Otherwise have fun and enjoy!

My review is long over due. We had a great experience from beginning talking to Steve on several occasions. He knew our concerns and hesitations for our kids prom in May 2015. The kids had a great time, limo driver was a female and my daughter who was the one in charge felt very comfortable and the driver made sure they were all comfortable. She was great! Even after my daughter forgot to tip her! (Oh no!) she was gracious! I made sure to get her tip to her the next day. Thanks again Steve! Our kids are calling you in the next day or so to schedule for homecoming.

I used Williams Hart Transportation for my wedding this past weekend. They worked with us on our price and were flexible with our schedule. We used the Suburban 6 – 7 passenger vehicle and had Chris as our driver. He was very professional and took us to different places for photos all around downtown L.A. After that, we worked the rest of the day shuttling our guests to and from the Hotel and Venue. I recommend using this service if your scheduling a wedding and need transportation; it’s more affordable than a limo service and they have great customer service.

I rented out the part bus for my 30^th birthday and I had a blast! So I recomended the party bus service to my friend for her birthday. However, the day of the outing everything was going well until we got to the club. We requested the driver to return shorty after, since some of our party were not able to get it. We waited outside the club a noticed the party bus approaching yet instead of stoping he kept driving! (lol.he knew it was us… I laugh now but at the time we were pist)
So I call the driver and he suggests to call Steve since he was not coming back to pick us up. He did not give a reason to why he could not pick us up. Once on the phone with Steve he was able to pick us up but only to take us back home. We were home by 11:45pm lol Also we had to wait a week to get our things that were left in the party bus. That was the worst evening ever, especially for the birthday girl and embarrassing for me since I referred the party bus. Plus we did not get a refund nor the Costco size bottles we had left in the bus lol booo

I rented a 24 seater party bus for my boyfriends birthday. This was my first time on a party bus so I didn’t know what to expect and I had many questions. Steve was professional, patient and kind and on time. We communicated by text since that was my preference. Steve responded quickly and answered all my questions. He recommended night clubs as well. I will definitely come back to Williams-​Hart Transportation for my next party bus. All my guest had a blast!

I had Steve to pick up my parents from LAX tonight. At first, my parents wanted me to call asian airport shuttle services since They don’t speak English very well, but I told them Steve is very kind, trustworthy and his service is really good. When my parents got home, they kept telling me how nice Steve was! Steve was really patient and didn’t make them feel uncomfortable at all! Additionally, the suburban is very clean and comfy! Oh, and the cutest thing was, when Steve picked up my parents, he used google translator to tell them «welcome home» in Chinese!
I gotta say, Steve is still extremely humble even thought his business is growing bigger. Now I cannot wait for my next partybus :)

Before using Steve’s party bus service, I’d never felt the need to charter a bus or use transportation services aside from Über or Lyft. Now, with any large parties where more than 1 car is required, I would highly consider using Williams Hart Transportation again.
The owner and our driver, Steve, was extremely courteous, accommodating, and fun to talk to. We had extended family visiting from abroad and used his 20-​person bus to tour LA. Granted, we used his transportation services for touring and not for partying; it was the BEST DECISION EVER. If I had to drive my relatives, I might have jumped off a cliff. In one day, we hit the Griffith Observatory, Hollywood, the Grove, Rodeo Drive and Santa Monica.
PROTIP: If the trip isn’t filled with alcohol, take into account LA traffic when planning your excursion. It’ll save you a huge headache.
Onto more random details, the bus that we rode on was well-​kept and clean on the inside. The driving was very smooth with no sudden stops. Steve was very easy to get a hold of on the phone and was very prompt in his pickups and drop-​offs.
I want to say that because this is a family owned company and not a multinational conglomerate, they pay extra attention to the details and service. Steve cares about every single customer.
Pros: Great service, reasonably priced, great driver
Cons: LA traffic will always feel like hell on Earth even if you don’t drive.

GREAT SOUND SYSTEM. ON TIME. STOOD CLOSE BY FOR US. We recently used William Hart Transportation for my girlfriends birthday trip to Hollywood. When we got in it felt like we had just walked into the club. There was a great sound system, awesome lighting, and even a pole in the middle that more than a few friends enjoyed during the evening. Lol. There was even a cooler filled with drinks on ice waiting for us to help kick off the celebration. The environment was so nice that even on our way back, when we’re all typically falling over by then, it felt like the party had started all over again. My only regret was not booking the bus for a longer trip. :)
I would definitely recommend William Hart Transportation to anyone looking to have a fantastic time with their family & friends! Be sure to book early though cause they get reserved quick! Have fun! :)

I LOVED IT!!! I used William Hart Transportation to celebrate my Birthday! I reserved his party bus for 20 people! Our trip to DTLA was solo much fun just enjoying everyone having a good time and his driver Javi was extremely nice and willing to work with us! :D I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING these services again!

I was in need of roundtrip airport service STAT as I had read horrible things about airport shuttles via Unilocal.My sister recommended that I search for a transportation company that could take us to the airport safely and ensure that we be on time to catch our flight. I came across several on Unilocal and they all wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Then I came across Williams Hart Transportation. I spoke to Steve, and told him my dilemma and he gave me a great deal on roundtrip transportation from West Covina to LAX. He quoted me $ 200 R/​T in a Chevy Suburban. Being that we had 5 people who needed a ride to the airport and had 4 people who needed a ride back from the airport, the price was really reasonable especially if it was split evenly among everyone. Booking was pretty easy, but it made me a little nervous that after paying the $ 100 deposit fee, I did not get any type of e-​mail confirmation, but a text from Steve saying that he received it. I am the worrying type and I guess not having an e-​mail confirmation sent to me showing that payment was received and confirming the pick up time to and from the airport was a little unsettling.
A few days before our departure date to the airport, I sent Steve a text to reconfirm the pick up time and date. He got back to me quickly, which was reassuring. The day of pick up (5÷19÷14) Steve arrived earlier than anticipated, which was great! He helped load our suitcases into his vehicle and even played cool 80’s music while he drove us to the airport. We found Steve to be professional and a really pleasant guy and easy to talk to. He drove safely and not once did we feel unsafe with him behind the wheel as he followed all the traffic rules. Our ride to the airport of relaxing and stress free!
The day prior to our return to LA, I texted Steve again to reconfirm our arrival time at LAX. He got back to me quickly and everything was set. On the afternoon of our departure, our flight was delayed by an hour and I texted Steve letting him know that we might be late, he texted back, not to worry. Despite our delay, our flight arrived to LAX on time, and I received a text from Steve that our driver, Eric was already at the airport waiting for us! How awesome is that?! Like Steve, Eric was totally professional, kind and easy to talk to. Our ride back home was relaxing and stress free. He was even kind enough to let us make a stop at In-​N-​Out Burger drive thru, to grab a late dinner. :) :)
Overall, I give Steve and Eric, 5 Unilocal Stars! They are really great guys and very dependable and easy to communicate with. Top notch service for sure and I highly recommend them! The only area that I can think of that can use some improvement is that their website can use some updating, which would make it easier for customers to book reservations and make payments. It would also be great if e-​mail confirmations could be sent to customers confirming payment and date and time of service. Other than that, these guys are great!
