The sales clerks were very rude both times I went into the store. After receiving the wrong product, one of the clerks asked me if I thought he was a mind reader as to justify why they didn’t get my order right. I am so disappointed, I had always purchased my work boots there and never had this type of service. They’ve lost a once loyal customer!

I herd of this company from my cousin. I need a great pair of work boot and this is the place to get them. Peter was pretty much awesome very friendly and informative. They got a foot machine that checks for pressure points and tell you the recommended insole. There boot selection is nice all there boots are high end status with real leather and quality. If you want a nice sold work boot made for comfort this is your spot. If you wanna spend $ 60? Go to the mall they got plenty of crappy boots there for you.

I’ve been using this company for the last 9 years along with 8 of my employees at an auto repair facility. I’ve brought my boots back to this facility and the San Bernardino facility for those 9 years to get the lifetime maintenance in the shoes which is basically cleaning them up for so I can be a professional in my line of work. Anytime I went in those 9 years I have never had an issue with time or availability to perform that work. Unfortunately yesterday I was in Covina eat my lunch with my wife next to the shop so I thought I’d take care of the maintenance while we ate. The employee which I had never seen before told at first it would take 2 hours to clean my shoes and mind you no one is in their store I repeat no one! So I told the young man how about an hour cause I’m going to be next door eating lunch with my wife seems reasonable. He agreed reluctantly with some attitude but no biggie I’m a professional in the customer service business I understand having a bad day but what transpired next is unacceptable. I go have lunch come back 45 minutes later to be told hold on 5 more minutes cause he claimed he needed to buff them out I said ok no worries. I get my shoes back walk to the car and low a behold not a single thing was done, so Patrick this is what I’m going to say to you and your owners you lost my business along with 8 of my employees due to the lack of integrity and honesty. Telling lies and not performing your actual duties is something you might want to rethink and possibly try politics cause there you can lie do nothing and get paid. You screwed your owners out of at least 1200+ every year! And also don’t mumble under your breath as I’m leaving very childish and unprofessional.

The sign said they close @7pm. Got there 6:50 PM and the door is already locked and nobody inside the store. What kind of business are they running?

I went in to look at some boots, and get some laces for the red wings that i was wearing. the agency I work for gives me $ 200 for safety shoes so I thought I’d check the place out. Guy wouldn’t even give me the time of day since I told him I was” just looking”. Instead tried to sell some other lady who came in after me. I didn’t even get my free replacement laces. Took my $ 200 and bought a pair of thorogoods instead.

Service here is great. From the moment you walk in the associate talks with you brings you what you want to try on, maps your foot, gives suggestions, explains the whole red wing commitment to quality and service and what’s included when you purchase. They don’t carry all the styles but have a good selection. We even got kicked down with a discount and I got myself some fancy slippers to go with his fancy boots.

I need good work boots. These are GREAT work boots. Will last you a loooong time. They have all different styles and sizes for whatever trade you’re in or whatever size you are.

The service was great. The employee was very helpful and will even measure your feet on a computerized digital scale. He also asks the important questions about what the boots are for so he could lean you in a good selection of choices. These boots are definitely worth the price!

Hi My name is John and I have purchased several pairs of hunting boots and work boots from this store over the last ten years. There are Red Wings stores closer to my house in Orange County but none of the can match the level of service I receive from this location. A big thank you for your knowledge and professionalism.

Great selection of boots! While we had come over from the Pasadena store for a particular boot my husband found there but not in his size, he found another pair he liked even better! AND these were on clearance! This is a busy little place with a good selection of men’s and women’s work shoes.

Manager acts as if he is making the boots himself! Very bad attitude and service skills. I have bought seven pairs of boots at this location, but will not step foot in this store again!

Really friendly service. I came here for a gift card and they seemed to have a large selection of red wing shoes. The associate also informed that if they did not carry a specific style, it would be no problem ordering it.

They didn’t sell the work shoes I would have hoped to get, however the associate knew what he was talking about and was really helpful. My dad has purchased work boots from here and has loved them all. Prices are high but quality is good.

Work boots are better than most. Service was good. Location for this particular store hard to find. Needs street sign desperately.
