Established in 2004.
Dr. Kothari took over the practice of Dr. McMullen in La Grange in 2004 and relocated nearby to Countryside in 2008.
He previously practiced in Darien and Wood Dale, IL.

Business Owner
Dr. Kothari has been practicing orthodontics in the Chicago area since 1984. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics (a distinction held by only 20% of practicing orthodontists) and a member of the American Association of Orthodontics.
Dr. Kothari was a Clinical Professor of Orthodontics at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry from 2002 to 2013 and has spoken at several orthodontic conferences in the USA, Mexico, India and Thailand, including the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting in February 2014. He has published articles in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics and the World Journal of Orthodontics.
He completed his orthodontics training in 1983 from the Loyola University School of Dentistry.
