The Hospitality and Services was Great. The food was extremely good. You can’t go wrong with any choice of appetizers or entrées you decide to get.

Clean, friendly staff. Quick service! Excellent food! I loooove their Orange Chicken best! Hot Saki, of course. And their Thai tea is delicious too.

This was probably our 5^th time eating dinner here. The first few times we were just «visitors» to the area. Now that we recently moved here from SF Bay Area (where there are MANY Thai restaurants), we have eaten here again, and it is so far, probably the BEST ethnic food restaurant we’ve experienced in Cottonwood. The Chinese restaurants here are pretty awful — bland food, buffets of warmed-​over food. The Mexican restaurants aren’t much better. Mai Thai has excellent flavors, fresh ingredients, and wonderful service. The Mussamon is terrific, in fact, the curry dishes are all good. The portions are very generous, the prices are reasonable too. Yeah, we found a delicious place we can consistently count on for a great meal!

terrible. ordered the pad tai and the meat was rotton. i am a marine afghanistan veteran and meat in that country wasnt as disgusting as mai tai on main. when i sent the dish back the owner came out and said it was my fault her dish was terrible and not to order something if i dont know what it is. The only thing that even tasted decent was the salad and the dumplings, which are obviously frozen, thawed, and served. For how expensive it is, it really is an embarrasment. complete unprofessionalism and terrible food at an expensive price. our waitress was the only glimmer of hope there, i hope she reads this and finds a better job. highly do not recommend to anyone.

This place is fantastic! Service is absolutely amazing, everyone there is so warm and friendly. The best tai food I ever had! I can’t wait to go back!

We ordered the Tom Kha and the Larb. Both were excellent. The soup was so flavorful and satisfying. Nice pieces of chicken and lots of veggies. The Larb was very tasty and a perfect combo with the soup. I have had these dishes before at other places in southern California and this place is just as good as anywhere else I have been. Next time we are visiting our friends in Cottonwood we will definately go back.
The prices were very reasonable and service was great.

We have been here twice and love this place. We drove an hour over the mountain just for dinner at this restaurant. We had their fresh spring rolls and shrimp in a clay pot. Their food is so fresh and the spices sing in your mouth.

Very good Thai food. Was not expecting such authentic Thai food on our road trip down from Sedona to Phoenix. Definitely worth the stop, yummy food!

Wow! Authentic Thai and great service. The food tasted fresh and we tried new dishes that were great. Recommend the vegetable rolls for an appetizer.
The service was fast and attentive. Our waitress was so sweet and friendly. This is a great spot that you should check out.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! We have eaten here once before and it was bearable. This time it was just completely unacceptable! The owner and our waitress were both annoying and pushy trying to up sell everything! If you had a question they were rude and told you to read the menu to find your answer. My husbands meal was absolutely disgusting, I know this because I tried it myself. When he told the owner she said it was because they added a different ingredient and told him to order it different next time. She made no effort to try and help make his dining experience better or offer him a refund. I don’t see this option as being unacceptable because I use to own a restaurant and did anything I could to satisfy my customers and make sure they had a good experience, this lady however did not! LAST BUT NOT LEAST, once we paid for our $ 91.30 tab with a $ 100 bill, we left the change for her tip. She had the audacity to bring back the change stating that we did not leave a 10% tip! I’m sorry but aren’t tips supposed to be based off of the service provided! I could not believe it! If my grandmother did not eat here often I would have taken all of the change that she brought back, since apparently it was not good enough for her, and left! Do not support this kind of rude behavior, please support one of the newer Thai restaurants in town.

i’ve eaten here many times. It’s always been delicious. Service is friendly. Note: if they say it’s spicy or it has the three chili symbol, it really is spicy/​hot. I’ll be back!

I Love this place, we go here often. The Hot Pot of soups is an incredibly fun contained tabletop fire and the taste Lives up to the striking presentation. As good as I’ve had anywhere~ don’t miss the Tom Yum with shrimp and the Coconut Tom Kha (I like it vegetarian or with tofu)… better yet, mix them!
The prices are very good, and for the quality a great value. The salmon curry is a generous portion of salmon and their curries are thick and rich like we like them. The saki is warm and smooth and salad comes free with your entrée. I also Love the fried veggie egg rolls… plenty to choose from for Vegetarians. You can specify your heat, and it’s spiced as expected for frequent Thai diners.
The Coconut Princess is a fun change of pace for those who like sweet and lots of flavor. I have a hard time not getting curry, but when I’ve strayed, I’ve liked everything I’ve ordered. As with most restaurants, the only thing that would be an improvement for me is more organic and local offerings and wild salmon. Service is friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is appealing. Great for dates, lone diners and/​or family night out.

I’m thinking of writing «One night in Bangkok makes a hard man grumble, or at least his stomach». This is not authentic Thai food. More like mediocre American-​Chinese with cilantro, coconuts and peanuts.
Someone told me this was the best Thai food in Cottonwood. Place is clean, staff is friendly but seating is awkward and just has a zero wow factor. The food came out way too quick (2 min) to be authentic or tasty.

Went for a date night mid-​week with husband…
First the good:
Chicken Satay appetizer was perfectly cooked with a nice sauce.
The server was very nice.
Now the rest:
BBQ Chicken entrée was on it’s last leg. Literally. Dry and OLD. Didin’t eat more than two bites and we weren’t asked what was wrong. Had the Thai salad, it was okay. Peanut dressing was best part.
Also had a veggie dish.
Took home «healthy» veggie spring rolls. In rice paper, not fried. Very excited until we took a bite. It was like chewing Scope. WAY TOO MUCH MINT. But made for a fresh breath kiss at end of date night…
