Eva and Frank are simply the best! I bought a house that hadn’t really been cleaned well and I also had a lot of workmen fixing the place. Eva and Frank’s attention to detail is amazing! They pointed out things that even I missed. And all done on time and for a very reasonable amount. Both were very professional and super nice. They are my new cleaning service for sure!

This is my first experience using a house cleaning service and I was fairly nervous. I am pretty OCD about my house and was concerned I would not get a thorough cleaning. However, I had to start somewhere as I am increasing hours at work, have three kids, a messy husband and two dogs. The owner, Martina got back to me with a quote within a few hours and I had a cleaning date setup within two days. I had received and spoken to three other cleaning services but liked Martina and prices were within same range. Cleaners, Claire and Peter, arrived on time and brought all necessary cleaning tools. I had my youngest at home and Claire was especially sweet to her even as she followed her around while she was working. I am very pleased with cleanliness, they did a great job! I never want to clean my house again now.

With a toddler, two large dogs, an old cat, and a (sometimes) messy husband, our home requires content attention. That being said, Eva and Frank are amazing, and possess an attention to detail that is unparalleled. I previously utilized various cleaning services, and have heard horror stories from friends and neighbors about cleaning people who break valuable items or steal from the clients. Eva and Frank are not only trustworthy, but they care about both our home and animals too.
I first used them for a deep clean of the entire house prior to a party. After spending 4 hours going from room to room, I was beyond impressed and hired them for service twice a month. Not only do they speak my language with regard to organization, but they also clean places that many companies simply overlook. Finally, they are wonderful with all of our pets, and I truly think my dogs get even more love from Eva and Frank than some of our regular guests! We wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Eva and Frank are more than amazing!!! We have been using them for the past several months. They are professional, courteous and great at their job. Eva and Frank are amazing. We had a horrible roommate who basically lived in his own filth. He had his own bathroom which was also the main bathroom that our guests use when they are over. Needless to say when he left, he left me with something truly disgusting/​awful. I recently changed jobs and my husband is a full time student so things did get out of hand in the past month. I cannot be happier with the results… since it would have taken me all day (took them 3 hours). I’m so happy to have found them and will be following up with schedule regular cleaning.

Frank & Eva are amazing! They are very thorough and attend to every detail. You won’t be disappointed in their services. I have so many great things to say about them! What sold my wife on them (other than a sparkling clean house) was how pet friendly they are! They always make sure to give our dog belly rubs and make sure the cat and dog have food and water. I hardly recommend zest cleaning. I am 39 weeks pregnant And wanted a deep cleaning before my baby arrival. Eva and Frank came today after email quote and exchanges. They were on time, motivated, meticulous and really efficient. After more then 3 hours my house is as clean as it ever been from ceiling to floors. It is also great to give work to a small company and to 2 hard workers young people. Ask for your quote today you will not be disappointed ;)

After an initial deep detail cleaning, I have been using Zest biweekly for several months now. After trying other cleaning services in OC over the past couple years my expectations were not high, but you Unilocalies didn’t let me down. Eva and Frank are AMAZING!!! They work as a team and get the work done in a fraction of the time it took other cleaners, with exceptional attention to detail and excellent customer service. When I first contacted Eva, they were fully booked, because it is just their single team covering a fairly large territory. Due to the great job they do, their clientele is pretty consistent. But after trying other services I was persistent and when they had an opening I jumped on it. Friends let me tell you: it is worth being persistent.
What I love:
1) Eva always sends a confirmation text a few days ahead of my scheduled appointment.
2) They are always on time. Period. They show up when they say they will be there, and clean until my house sparkles.
3) Both Frank and Eva are very friendly and courteous. They are responsive to requests via text and in person, and go out of their way to delight their clients.
4) They touch every surface in every room every time they are in my home.
5) They use the products I would choose for myself, and do a fantastic job getting into all the nooks and crannies, dusting knick-​knacks and are always very careful with my breakables. Dust, cobwebs, grime and clutter are a thing of the past once they are done. Changing the sheets, fluffing the towels, placing my kids lovies on their beds with care– they even fold the TP like a boutique hotel. Every time.
6) They are great with kids and dogs. I never feel like my family is in their way. Their friendly demeanor does not impact their thoroughness or speed.
7) They always work with my schedule.
8) And last but not least, I love the pricing. It is fair and up front and I always feel that I got superb value for my money.
When Eva and Frank leave, my home looks and smells CLEAN, and I have an awesome night’s sleep. I couldn’t be happier they found a spot for me in their calendar!

Martina has been cleaning my house from way before the time she founded ZEST! I am always impressed with her thoroughness and attention to detail and her friendliness and ambition. This woman is headed for success. Even my dog is crazy about her! Highly recommended!

Eva and Frank are the best! They have been cleaning our house in Huntington Beach once a month for 9 months now and I am completely happy with their service and abilities. My 2 year old LOVES them and so do my dogs. If it weren’t for their fear of the vacuum, I think both dogs would follow them around the house for 2 hours. They pay great attention to detail in their cleaning and are very respectful of the placement of our belongings. I am almost always home when they arrive, but I would leave them a key or the garage code in a second if needed. Very trustworthy, hard-​working, sweet, and friendly. I just wish I could have them come every week!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about ZEST, Eva, and Frank. I have been working with ZEST for over a year, they come to my business in Corona del Mar and clean the store every other week. I have never had such a meticulous cleaning team with such an inspiring work ethic. If you need the a cleaning service and want the job done impeccably above and beyond EVERY time, book ZEST period.

I can’t say enough about the quality and care Eva and Frank put into their work. They are very communicative with scheduling and arrive in a timely manner. When they are in my home, they work hard and are extremely efficient. I have pretty high standards when it comes to cleaning and I appreciate how much they exceed those standards every time. I love that they use natural cleaning products because I have a small child and dog.
I really like it that Eva is always reachable by text and can accommodate last minute requests to come and clean. She sends me friendly reminders on the weeks they are coming to clean. Eva frequently checks with me to make sure I am happy with the quality of their work. They go out of their way to make everyone, including our dog feel comfortable when they are in our home. It’s always hard to invite a stranger into your home to clean but Eva and Frank made it very easy from Day 1. We consider them part of our family and put a lot of trust in them. We look forward to the excellent work they do every month and are grateful to be one of their clients!

I contacted ZEST today and was promptly texted back that they are not accepting new clients. I can understand if the are booked for a few weeks but apparently they are not looking to expand their client base at all. Thumbs down.

My review was your poor customer service approach. The text sent is basically a close-​ended response non indicative of even being ever able to consider a new client (are you booked through 2017? whats the deal?) It was highly unhelpful and quite frankly a brush off in my perspective. I suggest if you are too impacted to accept new business for any forseeable future you pull your business page off Unilocal and just stick to off the radar business referrals because that is what Unilocal’s purpose is for your business — getting new and referral clients. Today was the first time hiring cleaners from Zest. They did a great job and surpassed our expectations. The kitchen and bathroom were cleaned very well. I would definitely consider hiring them again for another deep cleaning.

I had never used a cleaning service before, but after the birth of our first baby the house was starting to look a little… Horrifying. I was a little nervous having strangers come into my house, but 5 minutes of talking with Eva and Frank I had absolutely no hesitation in leaving them alone in my house. Eva is sweet, bubbly, and very personable!
The first cleaning was a «deep clean» which took them a couple hours. I came back to an unrecognizably clean house. Cleaner than when we first moved in. Cleaner than I thought possible! I felt as if sanity had been restored in my life! The weird rings in the toilet, the suspicious mold looking stuff in the shower, the rabid dust bunnies in the corners– all eradicated.
Today was our monthly second cleaning. Again everything looks amazing and so clean I don’t worry that the baby sticking things in her mouth from the floor is going to kill her. I love their attention to small details. The toilet paper folded into cute points, the baby’s toys that were once haphazardly strewn about are tastefully arranged in a nice organized fashion, and the stuff on my bathroom counter looks like there was some sort of interior decorating in mind.
