I called this company last week and they came out the next day and made my floors look new. I spoke with Eric and he did everything he said he would do and more. I would highly recommended this company.

Today (December 30, 2014) Eric and his crew came to our home in Irvine to service the floor.
Everything that Eric promised was done correctly. He is knowledgable, professional, arrives on time and get the job done right and on time. No excuses or exception. Best of all, at the right price. This is everything that a homeowner can ask for but often does not get. Eric delivers. Ahead of time he explains in details what needs to be done, so there is no surprise later. I strongly recommend Eric.

I had a red candle next to my off-​white limestone fireplace. Yep, the fire melted it and splat! Red wax all over. I called everyone with a decent review on Unilocal in a panic. The first guy (not EK) came out, looked at it for a hot second, and quoted me $ 600. I thought no way Jose. Eric said he could come out the next day. He did. He looked at it and looked at it and asked questions about the material, age, etc. He did his research before he tackled it. He suggested using some chemical to remove it first (the cheaper route) and then if that didn’t work, we’d dig in deeper. After 40 minutes it was almost completely gone. He suggested we stop there and not get risky to get out the barely noticeably last spot. He didn’t push me for more business — my house is full of stone. Oh, and did I mention it was less than $ 200! Glad I got a second quote! I’ll use him again for sure! Thanks Eric!

Back in 2010 my older sister moved from Georgia and bought a small house in Irvine California. The only problem she had was her kitchen counter-​top– it had this small crack in the center, but she didn’t think anything of it, unfortunately over time it got worse and needless to say she needed a new top top ASAP. The only problem is, is the cost of granite, it is ridiculously expensive! I called Home Depot and a few other places, and the prices they quoted me were outrageous, it was enough to put a down payment on for a new car. I was beginning to see why my sister put off this project as long as she did. Luckily for me, my uncle also lives in Irvine California, and he recommended EK Marble & Stoning for some work they did on his house… I’m definitely glad that he did because I ended up saving close to $ 2,000 dollars to get the kitchen top restored as opposed to buying a new set and paying for labor at Home Depot. The best part is it took them less than 4 hours to repair the counter-​top, and they even cleaned the tile for us absolutely free. in fact, it looked so good, that by the time my sister got home from work she was ecstatic because she thought we had bought her a new kitchen counter. Yeah it looked that good. Overall, EK Marble is hidden gem for sure– I only wish we found them sooner!

I’ve used EK Marble reliably for over four (4) years. Eric is extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, detail-​oriented (which I really like). He works hard and follows-​through, is punctual, communicative, and is a man of his Word. He does great work, and I strongly recommend his professional services. I promise, you’ll be glad you did!

Rudy is the best employee ever! Too bad he doesn’t work there anymore. What a shame. EK marble will never find someone as committed and vested.

We recently moved into a home filled with disgusting travertine and granite countertops (lots of stone work). Unfortunately the previous tenant was allergic to cleaning. That’s where EK marble came to the rescue. In less than 8 hrs, they cleaned and polished the stone back to it’s original luster. The bid was very reasonable. The job was completed and he also gave tips on how to keep it clean. Thanks Eric!

I have over 2500 sq ft of limestone floors installed, and the original installer left some huge issues behind. (Different hones on sections, grout dust sealed into the floor, discoloration from too wet mud used in one area) At least 3 contractors told me I needed to call EK to fix the problems, one of which referred to Eric as the «stone whisperer!»
He left my floors in wonderful condition, sticking with it for hours until they were just right. I’ve since had him back to fix dog stains and a scratch (totally my fault!) and the results are again perfect.
Oh, and yes — very reasonable pricing. Eric takes his profession very seriously, but absolutely did not gouge us with his pricing.
