Today at vapor labs I was helped by Jason who– like all of the guys here– provides exceptional customer service. This shop carries delicious juice lines as well as great happy hour pricing. Everyone that works here tries their best to help you find exactly what you’re looking for whether its tasting new juices or checking out hardware. Vapor labs is my go to shop.

Been coming here for my juices for a while now. Nice staff and no wait times. They have a check in offer and have specials on juices too.

Brandon is the BEST! I called freaking out because I dropped my vape and it wasn’t working. I came in and this handyman fixed it up for me fast. My vape is working just like normal again. Most places would say they can’t fix it so I would have to purchase again, but not Brandon! That is all. Go see Brandon, also lots of flavors. Goodbye

This is my favorite Vape shop! I quite smoking over a year and a half ago with the help of this store and all of their knowledgeable employees as well as the owner Nathan, I was successful in my endeavor. The customer service is always great and if there is a problem they always strive to correct it and make it right. I have upgraded mods a few times now and every time has been a great experience. Thank you Andrew, Heiu, Mike, Kalli, Nathan and everyone else I forgot who has helped me and my friends as well as family that I have sent to you! :)

Waited outside for them to open at 11. it’s 11:15 and still the place is locked. Not a good first impression

Very awesome new store that just opened this summer. The two guys that helped me out where very professional yet still personal with their service. Great people to go to for people that are just getting into vape cigarettes and are unsure where to start. They have awesome deals and a frequent flyers system where you get a$ 10 discount for every $ 100 you spend there. Very smart because once you get into vaping you’ll want to come back for their WIDE selection of flavors. Another awesome thing is that they let you test any flavors you want. Very chill place. It’s easily my favorite vape store around.

The guys at vapor labs are always great. Well trained and nice always Patient. I have been going to the various vapor labs stores since I started vaping in 2011!!!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this vape shop! In almost every other place I’ve been, I’m met with some form of mild condescension or disinterest. Not here! Brandon was friendly and inviting from the beginning, and he was very patient helped me with my many questions and flavor-​testings. And, most notably, he repaired the connector in my battery (a piece of my tank had broken and gotten stuck in the thread) ! I didn’t even ask for that or expect it could be done. I had planned to buy a new one, and he save me a bunch of money, right there. I was, therefore, very happy to spend extra money on new tanks, juices, etc. in gratitude. BTW, the other guy working there also treated me respectfully. I will definitely be returning, and I am happy to report that the KangerTech AeroTanks I bought are working beautifully, leak-​free!

Today must have been a bad day to come spend money with this business. I understand that it is an American holiday, but I do not think that warrants the lack of any sort of customer service what so ever. I tried to ask a few questions and I swear this kid acted like he had something better to be doing. He was the kid wearing a huf hat, and honestly I really felt like he was simply ignoring my friend and I. I am pretty sure he was on his damn phone the whole time with his ear bud in his ear. It was the worst customer service I have ever seen, and I will never be back. The store was not even that great. I have seen MUCH MUCH MUCH better.

I have written a review for Vapor Labs before, however I want to write a seperate review for a specific employee there. Mike is hands down the best employee at this location. He always greets me with a warm welcome, he treats me like i’m his best friend. He is very young, but FULLY understands the world of customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service for nearly 10 years, I can really appreciate the attitude he brings to this store.
Mike is always energetic and happy. He loves to make conversation and he knows his product incredibly well. He even has knowledge of products that arent even sold at this location. He never hestiates to ask if theres anything else I need. Just yesterday I went into this store to buy some liquid. I was having a problem with my mod, and I had Mike take a look at it. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a fix that he was able to provide me with, but its the time he took out of his day to try to help that really counts.
Also, Mike’s builds are hands down the best. If I plan on getting a new build, and he happens to not be working that day, I will come back again solely to get a build done by him. He is truly an asset to the Vapor Labs company.
Hieu, Brandon, Nathan, and Zach are okay too ;)

It is unfortunate that this location has managed to provide such a bad customer experience in the past 3 days that a loyal customer since the day they opened in their upstairs unit, will be taking my business elsewhere. Here’s my experience:
Thursday I go to this location looking for cartomizers since the single large hole standard style has had trouble wicking itself and I have to dry hit every other hit to keep it moist and not taste like burning cotton. I explain the problem, he thinks he has a solution but they didn’t pick up their shipment so none are in stock. He mentions a drip system, which I have been interested in, so we get into possibly building me a mechanical but also no batteries for it in stock. Supply didn’t meet demand for the week, happens all the time to any business so no big deal. Solution: shipment will be in tomorrow and he will hook me up with a deal this weekend on a new mechanical. Awesome! Win-​win
Friday immediately after work I again go by, tell a new guy the issue I have been having with this style of carto, and show it to him. He asks the usual questions, what voltage etc, identifies the problem, I tell him I’ll take a box of the new carto’s and some juice. I get home and its a box of the same fuckin cartos I have spent 2 straight days trying to replace. I’ll take some responsibility for not checking but hey, I’m gonna get hooked up with a drip system at a fair price for my troubles and my carto problem is history.
Sunday I got afternoon plans, but luckily they open at 11 so I got time to go get set up. I arrive at 11:20 to a worker locked out of the shop, and the guy with the key is running a little late. It’s happened to all of us. 40 minutes later he shows up at noon and it is not who was supposed to be there to hook me up. I give him my sob story, find out my guy won’t be there til 4pm but doesn’t matter because they still don’t have the battery I need to set up a mechanical. So now I’ve wasted 3 separate visits, $ 40 and in the same exact position I walked in with Thursday, and yet another empty promise to help me another day.
With the rate these vapor shops are popping up, I am certain I can find another shop in my area that will appreciate my business as well as respect that my time is a lot more valuable than showing up day after day to empty promises and sub standard customer service. I have been a loyal customer for a year and a half, have brought them thousands of dollars of business through word of mouth to my colleagues and friends, but unfortunately will now be looking for a new location I can feel comfortable referring friends and family to. With the popularity the vaping world has reached, I feel this location has become a little too comfortable with the product selling itself and lost their desire to provide quality customer service.
Review Update: Manager Nathan contacted me and did all he could in his power to make this right. Though the whole experience was still terrible, him going out of his way to contact me reminds me of why I was going here for so long, and will probably get me back into his shop for another try.

Shops pretty cool the guys there are chill. They got people who know how to build mechanicals very well, highly recommended for rebuilds that are legit and help you blow clouds lol

This was the first shop I went today on my list of several shops I was going to hit in Costa Mesa & I gotta say,… I’m impressed as Heck @ Everything about this Vape Shop is a Class Act… So needless to say,… I didn’t need to go anywhere else,…
They are great guys,… Great selection,… Etc,… Etc,… Etc…

Everyone here is awesome! I have stopped smoking completely and sent at least 20 people to Vapor Labs. They have the greatest selection and best products– this place never disappoints! Nathan, Hieu and Andrew are so nice, knowledgable and accommodating. I won’t go anywhere else!!! If there were more stars to add, this place would get them all :)

I wanted a vaporizer, but didn’t know where to start. Vapes, e-​juice, clearomizers, drip tips, cartomizers… UGH. What are all these things? What goes into what? I was so confused. After talking about it with my friend Ning W. and he highly recommended Vape Labs to do all the explaining for me.
I knew that I wanted something durable that would last. I just wanted pure flavor and nothing with nicotine and they had a lot of flavors that had zero nicotine which was perfect for me. The guys there were really great at explaining the different parts of a vape and what I needed to get started. I sampled a lot of different flavors until I found the ones that I liked. They helped me put mine together and showed me how to use it and maintain it. They had a sale when I was there for buy 1 get 1 half off and they have the 10% discount on Unilocal too. They have a lot of merchandise there. I didn’t feel like they lacked selection at all.
I haven’t been to other vape shops, but I really liked this one and I can definitely see myself coming back here whenever I need something.

This is an update to my previous review about Vapor Labs in regards to a replacement part. After much talk back and forth (about 1 – 2 weeks), Vapor Labs agreed to replace my boyfriend’s broken Kanger Pro Tank.
Thank you for finally providing the customer service that we so desired in the first place. For that, I give you 3.5 stars.

I’ve been to quite a few vaping stores… and none of them really compare to Vapor Labs. The guys who work there are always friendly, willing to help, answer questions, and give me the best advice for my vaping needs.
I’ve brought in a ton of people into the store and they all agree that this location is one of the best ones they’ve been to. There are several other stores in the area, and whenever we walk in, they are too busy to talk to us, or they act like we interrupted their hanging out time.
they have a ton of juices to try out, and some super awesome artwork on the walls. Plus their couches recline and you can just relax and chill out there. ahah
They also offer a reward program for repeat customers, so make sure you get on that, especially if you’re buying a lot from them!

I was looking for a new vape store and checked them out. These guys have a great variety of products, friendly staff, tons of flavors! There seemed to be around 200 or more flavors and They were extremely helpful when i was trying out some new ones. They made you feel like family when you come in and they also have a great warranty!
I would definitely come back and tell my friends.

When I walked into this place I felt really good. It was clean, the employees were nice. Compared to the place I bought my e-​cig from… This place is a godsend.
They were very attentive, even while busy with other customers.
Knowledgeable about the e-​cigs. They have other locations. They are just doin it right.

Finally, an electronic cigarette that’s worth it! I’ve been trying to get my dad to quit for years. He’s tried the different trends of electronic cigarettes, but nothing really worked.
I bought him an electronic cigarette from Vapor Labs and he really enjoys it. They have different flavors to choose from… coffee, menthol, strawberry, etc. My dad liked the fact that there’s the option to have nicotine in the juices. He can start out at a certain dose and slowly become wean off the nicotine. The awesome part is that he doesn’t have to ingest all that tar and harmful other products!
Overall, the staff here are friendly and helpful. They let me try the different juices to see which ones I liked best and helped me with getting a starter kit. Now my dad can live a healthier life!
