History
Established in 2012.
Formally known as The Art of Pastry.
The Pastry School began its journey in San Clemente in 2012. Where Chef Stéphane Tréand premiered his classes and Master Series program. It has been a dream of his since he began his career.
Now, located in the beautiful Costa Mesa inside the stunning SoCo Collection shopping center, students of all levels can choose from a wide array of subjects and class styles that meet their specific needs.
We are here to help enthusiasts and professionals interested in developing skills in the pastry and baking arts.
Meet the Business Owner
Stéphane T.
Business Owner
Chef Stéphane Tréand is a world-renowned Pastry Chef. He was awarded The Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftman in France) in 2004. Through rigorous training Tréand grew a passion for teaching. He opened up his own school in 2012. Years later, he decided to move that school and open his pastry shop in The SOCO Collection in Costa Mesa.
