Sub Zero and Wolf Showroom

I LOVE this place! The chef, Chris, is super knowledgeable and delightfully funny. There is one woman there who is a bit of a sourpuss and has made me feel like she was trying to get rid of me every time I go, even though she knows I have the equipment at home. However everyone else is friendly and wonderful. The showroom is beyond gorgeous, and the classes are inspiring.

We came in not realizing they were about to close and Randy stayed after closing and helped us for almost an hour and we never once felt rushed. They don’t sell their products here and it is simply a showroom, and despite this he showed us amazing customer service, showing us the differences between the different ranges and subzeros. He also informed us of issues to be aware of when installing a built-​in with our cabinet maker. We were truly impressed with his knowledge of all the products, for example, at some dealers we’ve visited they simply said subzeros had two compressors, but he went on to fully explain in detail how this affected the quality of the fridge. We are now pretty sold on getting a Subzero and even upgrading from a gas range to a duel fuel.
I love that there is a showroom like this for potential customers to explore and where the staff is fully educated on their products.
Like other dealers, they have cooking sessions so you can see the different appliances in action.

What a fantastic showroom! Pleased to have been invited and enjoyed a lovely afternoon perusing the wares. Got some great ideas for our remodel… sadly we need a drawer style dishwasher, but they don’t have any plans to make one.
That’s ok, we got a great design for our induction cooktop, and those built in fridges! WoW! that’s the way to go. Thank yo to the staff for the lovely snacks and beverages. Looking forward to cooking up a storm.
