I have been going to this Starbuck for close to 3 years now and they can not seem to ever get my order correct. Either the food is not heated up properly(and its cold in the center) or the cup of coffee is half empty. I have already tried calling in, talking to the manager and now my solution is to boycott this location all together. I rather drive slightly out of my way to get to the next Starbucks where they actually get the order correct.

Went this afternoon through the drive-thru. Line was long, which I didn’t mind. However, once I pulled up to the window it took the barista a few minutes to acknowledge I was there. Order was completely wrong! I was an a hurry so I left but this is incredibly frustrating. I ordered a butter croissant, they gave me the chocolate one. I ordered a white mocha and they gave me a regular mocha. Doubt I’ll be back.

I come in from time to time, with my most recent visit being only a few days ago. I have to say the service is on point. I think I was helped by the same guy as the other reviewer, and if it was the blonde kid with a slight beard, he was friendly, funny, and patient(my drink is a bit complicated, and he nailed it!) Kudos to this place, will continue coming by.

A took a quick run from work to Starbucks this Monday Morning, I felt I needed coffee to run my day. I order a Grande Caramel Frappuccino with just a little caramel around the cup, I pull up to the window to pay $ 4.75 the person who made the coffee his name was Tyler he had my coffee ready but I notices that was not what I order(it hardly had any caramel nor whip, seems that Tyler was paying this out of his pocket) I did not reach for my coffee and said; «I ask for a little extra caramel?» Tyler took the coffee back and mumble with another lady next to him the lady looks at me and they both laugh. (if this is how these people will be greeting customer this place will be getting NO stars) I received back my coffee but it was worst it had so much Caramel(cloy) it had 2 cups now(am thinking that the bottom cup was sticky) I feel Tyler did it on purpose, there was no way I was able to drink this. Since I had waited a few min in line there was no way I could go inside and get this fix, I had to come back to work and until now my coffee is still sitting on my desk. If I knew this was going to happen I should off have gone to McDonalds(right next to it).

Service was efficient and friendly. Store was clean. Wifi was good. But, that was the worst Americano I’ve ever had. Watery and unsatisfying. I guess they make good caffeinated milkshakes, but I’d just like a simple, good cup of coffee. Is that too much to ask?

We’re moved in the area 8 months ago and whenever we’re wanting our quick coffee fix we head to this location. Everyone in there is always busy but they always find the time to smile and serve us. They’re drive-thru is always busy but they move quick! Thx for the great service crew!

My new favorite location in the area. I walk in, though, because the drive thru line is almost always ridiculously long. Service inside is always polite and friendly, and my drinks are made correctly and are served at the right temperature. I don’t really ask for too much more than that. I’m not a «hang out in the coffee shop» kind of guy, I get my drink and split, so I don’t have too much to say about ambiance, etc., but it is nice that I don’t have to dodge hobos on my way in and out(it is Costa Mesa, after all). Edit/Update 3.10.2016: They have now, annoyingly, prepared my London Fog order incorrectly on two occasions, by making it with English Breakfast tea instead of Earl Grey, as it is supposed to be made. Yes, it’s a big deal. I’m docking them a star and finding a new Starbucks.

Lots of power outlets not to cold not to hot. Great place to work and study big time set up for people to work with a huge long work station with power outlets under the table. This location has drive thru and lots of parking.

Advertise your Fall Toasted Graham Cracker flavor and tell me you are out of it at noon? And then proceed to tell me «yeah, this location runs out of a lot of stuff?» Even though this one is right near my place, I’ll go to where I can actually get what I want to order.

This is what I’m talking about! A Starbucks barista that understands extra caramel on a grande frapuccino. A wonderful morning for a jolt of deliciousness. Yes, the line at the drive thru was long, but it moved at the speed I needed today so it’s all good. The cool guy that gave me my treats was awesome and super cool to give a wink and a peace sign. You rock!

I’m really surprised at all the negative reviews in relation to customer service. I’ve been coming here almost every day since it opened and I’ve never had a bad customer service experience. Sure, there’s been a messed up order or oddly long wait a couple times(and they’re so rare, I can’t even recall them off the top of my head!), but the employees are always pleasant. The drive thru is unbelievably fast during the week – it’s amazing how quick they get through an insane line. I’ve been a «regular» at a few nearby coffee places, and the employees absolutely make or break that experience. These guys are the best!

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They’re actually rude. 90% of the time I don’t even get a thank you. And if that was the worst of it I wouldn’t care, but they can’t even manage the basics of customer service. I go out of my way to avoid this store but it’s a drive-thru and it’s right by my house, on my way to pretty much everything. My faith in Starbucks as a whole keeps me coming back in hopes of having a better experience, and every time I drive away saying I will never go there again! I go to Starbucks to wake up and start my day off right, but whenever I visit this store it has the opposite effect, I feel worse, and I feel stupid for going back time after time to get the same crappy treatment. This store has Starbucks’ policies backward and somebody from higher up needs to come in and clean house. I’ve only had two decent experiences there and I was so shocked and ecstatic that I went out of my way to leave a big tip and I probably over-praised the baristas both times. I just couldn’t believe my luck. This store literally treats it’s customers like pests they don’t want coming back. It’s like a bad joke. It’s been open and it’s been crapy for a while now, why hasn’t the customer service issue been fixed?

Change my review only because according to Chelsea you’re not allowed to order or make a change to any of your orders once you get to the drive thru window which is pretty stupid to me. 2 stars for the coffee

First time this place was great. Best drink I’ve gotten from Starbucks. But it was a quarter empty. Gave it a few more shots and drinks were ok. Not great. Now I go and they give me the completely wrong drink. Too many mistakes here. Time to find a different one.

I have been here now 4 times and I have not had my drink made correctly yet. Super disappointed. Its Starbucks, so it should not thus hard. Yes, I have it remade but what a pain. The employees are nice but not in a way that most stores are who want regulars. They just opened so we will try a dew more times only because it is local.
