Best dentist in OC! Don’t get trapped at the other money hungry dentists. Dr Ho got his degree at USC! No second rate dentist here. Don’t take a chance elsewhere! Go see Dr Ho! After Bright Now AND Gentle Dental Messed up my teeth, Dr Ho used scientific like testing to make sure he carefully diagnosed the issue caused by the other dentists, saved my tooth and eliminated all pain. I highly recommend Dr Ho.

Having just quickly scanned the previous two reviews before posting my own, I can see that Vanessa D. practically took the words right out of my mouth. My first visit to this office was around 1992ish, and for nearly two decades I contested that I had found the best dentist on the planet.
I hate to admit it, but I have had very extensive work done over the years and much of it was performed in small clinics and dental schools across the country due to the transient nature of the lifestyle of my youth. Consequently, a good deal of that work had to be redone and I couldn’t be more grateful that I settled into a neighborhood only a block away from this office. Dr. Miller was beloved and respected by his faithful client base, so it came as a great shock when he announced his retirement seemingly out of the blue. His strong assurances that he had gone to great lengths to find a worthy successor meant almost nothing to those of us who had grown to depend upon his expertise and the warm demeanor of his loving staff.
To keep it short, Dr. Miller’s skill in choosing his staff and his successor was as top-​notch as his deftness with both needle and drill. Dr. Roger Ho has shown that he is respectful to the legacy that he carries on; whilst wielding a new skillset forged in the fires of the most current science and technology.
I have nothing but praise and compliments for this business, of which (by the way) is Dr. Elizabeth an integral part of! Dr. Liz is the hygienist with Dr. Ho, who I am extremely grateful for having continued with the practice after Dr. Miller retired. I can honestly say that she is one of my favorite people on the planet.
In conclusion, how can a client/​customer best show gratitude to a business? It is my opinion that referring my friends and loved ones does just that. I have had the pleasure of knowing that my father, my sister, my brother-​in-​law, my best friend, 2 previous roommates, all 3 of my current housemates, and more than a few of my friends and acquaintances have all received care at the hands of Dr. Ho and Dr. Liz.
Between all their care and my own, I have never heard report of injury or complication, and the pricing has always been competitive and fair. My history and relationship with this office is one that I hold dear to my heart. May they always have as much business as they can handle, and if you’re looking for a new dentist or hygienist, I trust that I have made my opinion clear: you need look no further!

I found this dentistry on Unilocal,called and got a really good price ($ 79) for exam, x-​ray and general cleaning. Claire at the front desk is so nice and friendly. Dr. Ho is also very professional, he explained to me every possible problems of my teeth and offered reasonable solutions, and helped cleaning my teeth. And I was with another kind assistant who helped do the x-​rays and teeth polish and other stuffs during teeth cleaning.

I have been coming here since Dr. Miller was in charge. I too was a little worried when Dr. Roger Ho took over. I had no cause for worry. Dr. Ho is kind, professional, and trustworthy. He will not try to «up sell» you, which a lot of dentists do. Now Elizabeth, the hygienist, is more like my friend who just happens to clean my teeth. I love her and she has probably been taking care of my teeth for over 10 years. Sweetest, kindest person ever. Front office staff is wonderful as well.

Dr. Ho is amazing. I moved out to Orange County from New York where I’d been seeing the same dentist for a while. I found Dr. Ho through a combination of my insurance company and his glowing Unilocal reviews so I thought I’d share my own experience. His entire staff is friendly and welcoming and there was never any hassle with my insurance, payment etc. Dr. Ho walked me through my x-​rays during my initial exam and performed my first cleaning. He was constantly checking to make sure that I was OK and seeing if I wanted a break. I’ve never had a dentist ask me if I wanted a break! I returned a couple of weeks later for a couple of fillings and his work was impeccable. It’s great to find a dentist who performs quality work but also goes out of his or her way to make you feel comfortable.

I have been coming to this dental office for years and have never had a complaint. Dr. Ho is very attentive and amazing at what he does. I was coming here back before Dr. Miller retired and he truly picked a fantastic dentist to take over. I love the staff and most especially Elizabeth, the dental hygienist. She is the best hygienist I have ever had and is so gentle yet thorough at what she does. She always makes sure to ask if I am in pain and is great at making you feel calm and relaxed. If you are searching for a new dentist, I 100% recommend that you give them a shot because I truly believe you will not be disappointed.

The doctor is so great and especially the front desk so helpful and very funny everybody there is great I recommend it no matter what

Saw an amazon deal and decided to book an appointment. plus, i knew of this dr because he would sometimes refer patients to the OS i used to work for. they are a very genuinely friendly office. i didn’t feel pressured to get more services or commit to coming back. The hygienist is very gentle and explains everything to you, as does the rest of the staff. At first, I was wondering how clean my teeth were going to turn out because Elizabeth the hygienist was so gentle. I am used to getting some aggressive cleaning from my other dentist, however, my teeth turned out very clean.
Another aspect I sincerely appreciated was the quality of care Dr. Ho and his staff provided. Considering the fact that I was coming in with a deal purchased from Amazon and paying way below what their services are normally worth, they treated me no differently. That, to me, speaks volumes of the kind of people they are. I hope more businesses could operate with this kind of ethic.
Overall great experience. Dr. Ho and staff, if you guys are reading this review, Thank you for a wonderful appointment today and I will certainly make an effort to see you guys in 6 months for another cleaning. :)

I regret not writing a review for Dr. Ho and everyone at the office earlier, but I guess I just take their great service for granted. I’ve been a patient here since I was six years old, and I loved Dr. Miller, and I’m happy to say that Dr. Ho has been a pleasure to work with in the past year! I made sure I could schedule my appointments so I could go during my breaks during college, which hopefully speaks to how much I love this office!
The staff up at the front desk is always so friendly, and my dental hygienist Elizabeth is such a breath of fresh air! She’s a great conversationalist and very gentle on my teeth during cleanings and exams. Dr. Ho is very much the same way, and he’s always willing to answer questions I have and explain what’s going on with my teeth. I think my favorite thing about these people is really how they treat you — you’re coming to an office to see some friends and take care of some dental work in the meantime. They know what’s going on in your life and they know their stuff. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a great dentist/​team!

I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dental hygienist and even the dentist himself are so incredibly nice and friendly! I am SO happy I found my dentist in this area! Dr. Ho has a very special team and I will definitely be referring people to them. I actually found them through someone I met at work who referred me to them.
Lizzie at the front is professional, sweet, polite, and outgoing. Dezi is very personable, funny, and professional as well. Elizabeth the hygienist is HILARIOUS! She is bubbly, extremely friendly, gentle (no bleeding and deep picking here!), and makes you feel completely at ease. While I only met Dr. Ho briefly, he want also friendly and helpful by answering my questions. I didn’t feel like he was just there to meet me then bolt. He took his time answering my questions and looked over my x-​rays thoroughly. Trust me, you ARE in good hands.
The parking situation is fairly tight, but I had no trouble finding a spot on a Friday morning. They are open Tues.- Fri. The do appointment reminder phone calls which is really helpful and if you cancel, but forget to reschedule, they do call you back. I know some people may be annoyed by this, but just think, these are your TEETH. You only get one set and they just want you to take care of them. They truly do want the best for you and you can tell. I’ve been to Pacific Harbor Dental, which is a giant chain and not only did I wait about 3 hours for a routine cleaning and full x-​rays, but they kept trying to sell me things I didn’t need! If you don’t believe me then read their horrible reviews.

I have been getting my dental work done at this office pretty much since I have had teeth! Dr. Miller was the Doctor who owned the practice before Dr. Ho, and my mother had been going to Dr. Miller since before I was on this earth!
I have moved around a bit, so for short periods of time I have had to employ other Dentists, and have not had the best experience. So the long and short of it is I am not the best patient when it comes to this kind of thing! I am scared, fearful, and full of anxiety!
The thing I always loved about Dr. Miller is he would not steer me wrong. If it was going to hurt, he would tell me how much. I could trust him. He made me feel safe in his chair.
When I found out that Dr. Miller was going to be retiring, and someone new would be taking over, I was afraid. You never think about your relationship with your dentist until you get a few nut jobs!
I have been seeing Dr. Ho since he has taken over the practice, and am so happy to say he is a great replacement! I would recommend seeing Dr. Ho for all of your dental needs!

I was referred to Dr Ho by an associate at work, because having always had excellent dental care in the various other places i have lived in, i was a bit hesitant to just pick a new dentist out of the phone book. Well no need because Dr Ho is my new go-​to dental professional. I had an FMX, exam, and cleaning this morning, and i can honestly say it was the best cleaning of my life. There are actual spaces between my teeth where it used to be just old, calcified pizza crust! (gross but true).
Not only that, but i had an area on my gum that another dentist i visited for an initial exam had told me needed gum surgery ASAP … and guess who told me it only needed to be worked on «IF it becomes bothersome to [me]»? Just what i like to hear.
