I ordered about $ 20,000 worth of bathroom materials from Pirch (Fixture Living back then) back in 2012. Today Feb 2016, one of my Gessi shower had some problems and I called Gessi for some help regarding the built in thermostat. Gessi gave me the run around and I got fed up with them. So instead I called Pirch to see if they can help me with my problem. Pirch was very good at getting the help I need. They were able to help contact Gessi on my behalf and get the part catalog mailed to my house so I could replace the faulty part. If I knew Gessi customer service was that bad, I would’ve just contact Pirch first! Kudos to Pirch and their customer service. I definitely recommend Pirch to anyone who wants to buy high end material and have a good customer service expeirence!

If you are looking for something very different in kitchen and bathroom design, look no further, you found it at Pirch. When it was time to remodel our bathrooms we ordered the most beautiful faucets, mirrored cabinets and sinks from Pirch. The advise and service we got was excellent. We also bought several Christmas and birthday presents at Pirch. Go check it out, you will not be disappointing. We also enjoy the complimentary coffee bar. A classy touch! Check out the doggy bathtub while you are there. It makes you want to get a dog.

Although I didn’t end up going with Pirch (the refrigerator I wanted was out of stock) I had courteous and knowledgable customer service from Hector. He was quick to respond to any requests and available if I had any other questions. Pirch is competitive in pricing and I felt I received a «Nordstrom» like customer experience from this store & Hector.

I already thought Pirch was amazing… and then they outdid themselves!
If you have never been to Pirch, it’s a must do! Don’t be afraid to talk with someone because you think it will be hard core sales for overpriced merchandise. Completely opposite!
We have been buying our appliances and fixtures from them for several years and actually get better prices, warranties and customer service from Pirch than any other place, including internet options. It’s always sad when a friend says they’re going to run out to Home Depot or Lowes to replace their appliance and I beg them to give Pirch a try. At least go for the complimentary beverage and to browse and I’ll almost guarantee you will buy from them.
Anyway, despite our intense love for this store (and our sales person Jon Brown!), we have had a ton of problems with a dishwasher purchased from Pirch. They have sent out numerous repair people and also had the manufacturer’s repair people over multiple times but for some reason our dishwasher would come up with a new issue every several months. There were a couple times we waited for weeks with a non-​functioning product in an effort to get it fixed for good. This wasn’t fun, but Adam (who leads their service department) was super responsive and kept in close communication throughout the ordeal so we never felt abandoned. He called weekly to check-​in, gave us his cell number, etc. Yep — such pleasant responsiveness from the guy who has to deal with upset customers and problems all day! I guarantee I’d still be sitting with hold music at any other store! Also, since we purchased from Pirch and had them install the dw, we were so thankful to have the extra year warranty they provide (which we’re at the end of now). Even though we’re coming to the end of the warranty and they’ve already spent a whole lot of time at our home, Pirch stepped up and agreed to replace our dw with a new one! Yep — you heard me right… an appliance store realized that this dw was a problem and would continue to be a problem for us after the warranty expired and that they would get more future business from us and our friends by standing behind us rather than abandoning us. That is impressive! I would challenge anyone to find a store that is as customer focused and responsive as Pirch!

WOW! For such a high-​end company, me and my husband had the most stressful and the absolute worse experience with PIRCH. We are currently renovating three bathrooms and needed to buy shower faucets (valves, 3-​way diverter, etc.) ASAP. The representative helping us was well aware of our situation and said it would be no problem to rush our order and get everything within a week. After a week went by, we called PIRCH to find out that our order was never placed on a rush order! After talking to another representative, we were then told we would get our order within the next couple of days. I even offered to make the drive to the store (1 hour away) to pick up the faucets because our contractor was getting upset (since we still didn’t have them). I picked up some of our items and almost one month later we still don’t have our full order. All we keep hearing were lies such as «it will be delivered by tomorrow» and «we are going to over night it». Enough is enough.
There is no denying that the store is absolutely beautiful but after they make the sale, the customer service with this company comes to an end. Once they swipe your credit card, you’re on your own. Now you’ll have to go on wild goose chase to track down the items you paid an arm and a leg for. We didn’t receive a courtesy call from PIRCH to explain that our items would be behind schedule. I called them almost every other day to get an update and I noticed a trend. If I called them in the middle of the week, they said our items would be delivered by early next week. If I called in the beginning of the week, they said the items would be delivered by the end of the week. Around and around they go with lies. Even the Director (Anthony) called me to tell me I’d be receiving my items by Thursday, and here we are, it’s next Tuesday and I still don’t have a package at my door. The Director can’t even keep his word! It’s unprofessional and ridiculous! This obviously trickled down from upper management I suppose. I just called the representative today and based on the tracking # she gave me, the order was barely prepared for shipment yesterday (one month later)!
For such a high-​end store like PIRCH, I would have never expected to go through so much stress and headache. I pretty much had to babysit the employees to make sure they’re doing their jobs correctly. Did I not spend enough money to get their attention? The amount we spent on faucets was absurd and it’s the most frustrating thing to be treated this way. A lot of our friends are going to be renovating and remodeling as well and we’re definitely NOT recommending PIRCH. I would highly suggest grabbing some of their cute coffee and shopping somewhere else. I’m 120% sure we would have had a much better experience at Lowe’s.

Customer service when you walk in the door is amazing. We got a latte and walked around the store. I’m an interior design student and enjoyed seeing all the kitchen and bath options.
I will definitely be coming back more often.

I’d always drive past Pirch when getting my coffee fix at The OC Mix. I finally decided to check it out after doing a little more research on the company, and it was definitely an experience.
When you walk in, you immediately notice that the layout is clean, bright, and spacious. Right at the entrance there’s an espresso bar. Grab a drink, it’s complimentary!
Naturally, I found myself wandering around and exploring, not really knowing where to start. Shortly after, I was greeted by Anthony, who gave me a tour of the floor and I was impressed. We covered a wide spectrum of appliances and I honestly felt pretty inspired with ideas for my own town house.
I learned a lot about the brands, why Pirch selects them, and more importantly, how to use them. That’s pretty much what I like about Pirch; you can fully try out the appliances before making your decision.
They have quality service and products, and an innovative way of presentation. This store is the perfect place to find inspiration for a home. There is still a lot I wasn’t able to experience, so I plan on returning soon!

Designing or remodeling your house? Then stop by Pirch! This place is great for getting ideas for kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor BBQs, etc etc etc. The show room has working appliances to try and their employees are friendly and very helpful. Right when you enter the showroom someone will ask you if you would like a complimentary beverage while you are looking around… Such a great place!

I recently visited Pirch and want to share a review on this place as it’s not your typical appliance store. I love how they don’t judge you by appearance and they treat everyone who walks thru the door as their number one customer.
Anthony, was one employee who immediately greeted me and my boyfriend and was extremely welcoming. He invited us to test out products and to check out their complimentary coffee bar (loved the fact that they invite you to test out their products on your own without making you feel pressured).
Everyone was knowledgeable with the products and I was impressed by the quality and high standards the store has. Really made me feel that I need to upgrade my home with products that can last and yet have that classic look with the modern feel. Even the soaps! Which I love! (Great bathroom décor and smells amazing).
Pirch presents itself very well and I look forward to coming back here to purchase a new shower head and all my future home needs. I highly recommend this place as a must visit.

I visited PIRCH for the first time last week. My girlfriend and I walked in and had no idea what the store was. I was instantly offered a complimentary beverage. My parents are remodeling in cypress and I am going to definitely refer them to PIRCH for the plumbing and appliances.
If you are remodeling a kitchen or bathroom go to PIRCH!!!

Adrian everything that could go wrong went wrong. Your installers Chris and Sebastian are by far the best people for the job.
I hope they receive a pay raise and kudus for the best installers at Pirch.
The electric and gas line had to be moved, I got an electrician here in 30 minutes and the gas line got moved and all is well.
Both Chris and Sebastian had all the answers and we could move to solutions within the hour.
That’s what I call service beyond my expectations.

If I had the money I would get all my fixtures here. They are the best in customer service and have the most elaboate items I have seen on a showroom floor. They even cook food for demonstrations.

This store is AMAZING – less shopping, more entertainment experience. It starts when you walk in the door and are greeted by the friendly barista who offers you a complimentary coffee drink (or tea, or lemonade…). Then, drink into hand you’re ready to explore. The bathroom design section is amazing, filled with technology I’ve never seen before. The shower heads are all live, so you can press a button and really see what the stream of water’s like and how much water pressure there is (environmentalists would be horrified…). The kitchen section has some of the most novel kitchen design I’ve ever seen. The back of the store has an astounding selection of refrigerators. And tucked in the back near the service desk is a whole bunch of awesomeness for dogs, including bacon strip treats, which is why PIRCH is now my dogs’ favorite place to shop. They have a lovely philosophy of putting the customer first and developing a relationship with the customer, so that shopping, installation, and then learning how to use your new kitchen /​bath /​outdoor grill area is seamless.

This place is pretty amazing! It’s like an amusement park for remodeling fiends.
High end kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures – you name it, you’re probably going to find it here. If you own a home, this place is like a dream come true! My husband and I walked in… and we were smitten. We were greeted with free coffee, made our way thru kitchen models where we tried not to drool all over the appliances… got ourselves some beer… made our way to the bathroom section… oohing and ahhing as we made our way thru the models… and finally ended up in the kitchen demo, where the executive chef (Craig) told us a bit about the Miele range he was using… and to our surprise, he offered us a plate of food if we happened to still be around in 20 minutes.
We continued to look thru the store, genuinely having a great time! We were welcomed by the employees… everyone was super friendly and informative! We ran into the chef again – he told us the food was done… and he and his colleagues set up 2 beautiful plates for us! Roasted chicken with a tarragon reduction, asparagus, and scalloped potatoes. OMG. No joke — it was insanely delicious! And to be honest – it was also the best roasted chicken I’ve ever had. I don’t say that lightly – but it was incredibly moist and full of flavor! My husband and I were kind of blown away at our experience here!
We’re probably 2 – 3 years out from a kitchen remodel – but when the time comes – I’ll be back for the range of my dreams!

Another one of those places where you want everything, but there are no prices meaning you can’t afford anything.
Just having purchased a home from the 60’s a few months back, it is in dire need of new bathrooms and a new kitchen.
Pirch is excellent for inspiration, except that you will never be able to recreate anything they have on a lower budget.
The free coffee which was insanely good and the snacks they offer help get over the pain just a little.
I found the perfect kitchen and tons of things I would want in my bathroom, service was very nice and helpful, come here to dream or if you have MAJOR money to spend, beautiful and well made, the best brands in the world, all around breathtaking.

First of all, this place is AH-​MAZING!!! I wish I could live here! I hesitated walking in here because from my view from the sidewalk, everything looked way out of my price range. But everything was so clean and shiny, I lingered for a bit admiring everything from the outside. The girl at the front desk gave me a welcoming smile and I walked right in. I’m getting ready to redo my kitchen so I thought I might as well browse through and get some ideas.
Immediately, a salesperson greets me and I’m offered a complimentary latte and my son ordered a hot chocolate. I start to feel a little guilty getting the star treatment so I tell him I’m not quite ready, I don’t have a big budget and I’m just there to get some ideas and look around and I don’t want to waste his time. He says it’s not a problem and let me know they not only carry high end appliances but they also have some that would fit the average budget as well! And they PRICE MATCH!
Latte in hand, we walk through inch-​by-​inch of the store. We’re opening stoves, fridges, cabinets, flipping switches, turning on faucets and shower heads. It’s really cool how the model rooms have working appliances. One thing (within my budget) that I never thought of buying but am totally sold on is the steam convection oven! It can reheat my leftovers?! Goodbye microwave! Okay, it doesn’t cook micro popcorn and some TV dinners/​instant food but we shouldn’t be eating that crap anyway, right? Definitely going to hit up one of their FREE cooking classes too. I hope they demo the steam oven!
So in conclusion:
Products/​Appliances: 5 STARS (appliances for every budget and PRICE MATCHING!)
Service: 5 STARS (I was treated like a high end customer. Even the store director came by and introduced himself when I was on my «tour». Afterwards, on my self guided tour the other salespeople asked me if I needed help and NOT in that creepy used car salesperson kind a way!)
I will definitely be back (crossing my fingers in a couple of months!). I may not leave with a La Cornue or a potty that plays music but I will get all my appliances here!

This place rocks (and it’s gorgeous inside)!! I needed help choosing plumbing and fixtures for a master bath remodel, and I was helped by a very nice salesperson, Jon Brown. He is very knowledgable about the products, and was patient with me despite my tendency to be indecisive. The delivery was quick, delivery people were friendly, and my bathroom looks great! Looking forward to updating my kitchen next with help from the great Pirch!
Tip — make sure to get a drink from the complimentary coffee bar or get a beer from one of the four taps! Yes, it is all FREE for customers! Just another reason why Pirch rocks.

I’ve come in here many times, but never bothered to talk to an associate to find out the premise behind the store. Like many, I was intimidated by the lack of pricing shown. I came in, got my free espresso, walked around, and drooled (figuratively, not literally) over the fabulous equipment and goodies.
Well, after talking with 2 salesman (yes, they do have salesman similar to a car dealer), I am won over by the concept. Helpful hints that I have found are:
1) The kitchen set ups are grouped by brands. There is a pricing sheet at each station (the stations are full size) that lists the prices as shown and what the range in pricing is by the vendor.
2) If you like a style, you can look into others by the same manufacturer and even «test drive» the units to see if you like.
3) They have a price matching policy that makes them competitive with ANYBODY.
4) They have some really cool demo stations for the kitchen, the bbq, and for the bath. You can really see how they work.
5) The sales associates are friendly and approachable. They can help you build a set up to whatever your needs are, and even can tell you when things do not make sense for you.
6) The equipment is just so SEXY.
7) They serve free beverages and even beer… (is that a plus? Or is that just to open me up?)
So, if you are looking for the kitchen, the bathroom, or the backyard bbq of your dreams, don’t hesitate to check them out. You will be surprised.
