She is knowledgeable and was extremely patient throughout all of our questions, even the ones we kept asking over and over again. Pam is the best. She is fast, communicative and excellent at what she does.
I originally found Pam on Unilocal and tried working with her in mid 2014. I put in bids on a couple of places and nothing panned out. Over the following year she checked in once or twice, which is perfect, not too pushy, but on it.
When I decided to start looking again, she had my info ready to go from a year prior. This builds huge trust for me, as a lot of people are not that organized. Because she is so organized, I was able to go from reaching out to her, to an accepted offer on a home within 48 hours. That is the speed you need in the market in SoCal and she delivered.
She is the second broker I’ve worked with, the first one was great; but Pam was better. Had I worked with someone else, there is a good chance I would not have won the bid on my home.

Just want to put in a good word for Pam at OC Mortgage Solutions– I talked to many lending agents and Pam was the only one that could produce a preapproval letter for me in time to submit with the offer I made on the house I currently own. In this market you have to be very fast because many houses enter the market and are sold within a few days. Although I ultimately didn’t fund the loan through Pam, I wonder if my offer would have been rejected without any preapproval letter. Beyond that, Pam is very good at replying to email, and was one of the few that correctly recognized that my loan could have a DTI of 49%- most of the others refused to go above 45%.

I called and talked to many brokers before I was referred to Pam by a friend. I found her to be very professional and straightforward about rates, fees, and costs of the loan. So my wife and I secured her services and have no regrets in doing so. It seemed like she never stopped working for us. She even answered phone calls and texts late into the night. I was just amazed by the level of service. I know we will use Pam again for the purchase of our next investment property.
