As the Branch Manager of PrimeLending’s Newport Beach Office I provide exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. With more than 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry and my excellent attention to detail and prioritization, I ensure efficient loan closings while maintaining a positive attitude. I have always noticed that the speed of the manager is the speed of the team and the best antidote for worry is work. As a native Californian, surfing is my passion and family is the very essence of life.

We had such a great experience working with Jason Williamson and his team at Prime Lending. We bought our home in 2005 at the height of the real estate market and interest rates were in the six percent range. For many years we wanted to refinance to take advantage of lower interest rates, but due to falling home prices we were unable to. We spoke with a couple of lenders only to be told that our situation was impossible. Luckily we didn’t give up because Jason and his team were not only able to refinance our home at a rate over two percent lower than what we had been paying, but they were able to combine our first and second into one fixed loan. We wanted to use my husband’s VA and they were able to navigate that process seamlessly. Once we started the refi process, Jason and his team handled everything and our loan funded in a matter of just a few weeks. Thanks Jason you made everything seem effortless and your team worked hard to get us the best rates for our mortgage.

Jason did a great job moving us through the lender process quickly and with a great rate. We had no luck trying to get a good appraisal through our realtor’s suggested mortgage broker originally due to a pretty unique situation.
