Specialties
Specializing in the family dog, we coach you through the most difficult puppy problems as well as behavior modification of adult dogs. Reactivity and aggressive behavior as well as anxiety are a huge part of our business as well. This is basic obedience for all ages that stresses a clear line of communication that is not all about being the «Alpha». We work ahead of behavior always opting to reinforce what we want vs. the outdated traditional punishment first model. Its unfortunate how many trainers still do alpha rolls, pinning your dog along with intimidation. We have found over and over that a robust understanding of communication and tactical reinforcement work out better for everyone with no side affects down the road. We are often called to fix problems from punishment bases trainers specializing in E-Collar and other aversive methods. We come to you or meet where training is needed, customizing the training to meet your needs. No one size fits all approach. We also help with socialization, dog walking and even boarding/training of a selective basis.
History
Established in 2010.
OC Canine Coaching is grateful to be named as one of «America’s Best» in 2014 by America’s TV Network. Our focus has always been to find a way to bring dogs and their owners closer together. Since our inception, we have trained hundreds of dogs and owners. We have a training philosophy built on correctly reinforcing the behaviors you desire most while eliminating the chance for your dogs to practice unwanted behaviors. We are proud partners with Pet Supply of Orange County and Professionally associated with the APDT, IACP and Southern California Dog Trainers Forum among others. We get more and more new and satisfied clients weekly and look forward to different challenges as they come. OC Canine is very privileged to have the loyal following it does and we are grateful to be of service.

Business Owner
First off I am not a ‘whisperer” or «wizard» even though my clients and friends may call me one. Whispering is a made up term and I would stay away from anyone who call themselves one. I do very much understand canine behavior and will help address any problem you have even if you are just starting out with a puppy who is nipping, peeing or is too rambunctious.
I am credentialed with a certificate from Animal Behavior College but I spend much of my time involved in high level continuing education through the APDT, IACP, and SCDTF (Southern CA Dog Trainers Association).
I manage a home of 4 – 5 dogs on the average and am partners with local pet stores to aid in their training and nutrition.
