Mouse Graphics

Wish I had a better experience with Mouse Graphics, especially after reading their other reviews.
On December 10^th I drove down to get some things printed and when I got there I was speaking to Ali and she informed that I had to submit what I needed via email to receive a quote. I didn’t need much printed at all. But I did what they needed.
I emailed the designs right there in their show room and then was told that I would not get a response until later that afternoon. Pretty crazy considering that I was a live paying customer standing in their conference room looking to get work done. You would figure common sense would kick in and they would not want business to walk out the front door.
Nevertheless, I waited until I received the quote from Ali. The quantities were wrong in the quote so I emailed her back immediately asking for a correct version for approval.
I never received a response from her, so on Dec 11 th I followed up with an email asking if she received my previous email. Still no response.
On Dec 14 th, I emailed again saying we are going to take our business elsewhere (in hopes that they may actually want our business and finally respond).
The unfortunate part of this whole thing is that I told Ali from the very beginning that this was very time sensitive. Now the cards we were looking to get printed may not get to their destinations by Xmas.

Thanks for taking an exceptional care of a stranger and printing his DMV-​need-​a-​copy document in a blink of eye. With an extra copy. On a luxury silk paper. All for FREE.

I absolutely love Paul and John, they are both super amazing. We have been using them for about 3 years and we couldn’t be happier. They are super quick and has probably the best customer service I have ever had in working with external companies. I highly recommend their company for any printing and branding needs.

I needed blueprints copied on short notice and on a Saturday. Mouse came through for me! Irene stayed past closing to accommodate me and did a great job, very quickly and at a fair price. I was impressed with her customer service and I WILL be back for more business!

Mouse Graphics is awesome. Been working with them from some time now. I was working with them through my previous employers and used them to print banners for tradeshows and they’ve always done a great job. Since I started my own company, I reached out to Sean for my printing needs and he’s been extremely helpful. Sean is prompt and he goes above and beyond. If he’s not answering my emails then someone from his team is. I’m grateful that although we’re a small company and our order is not very big, but we are still receiving great service. Thank you Sean for that! Their turn around is quick too! I highly recommend their company. I’ve recently ordered transparent background vinyl stickers for my cold-​pressed juices, and their stickers has completed my packaging. I’ve been receiving tons of compliments. Sean at mouse graphics is awesome, I get all my printing items here. They do everything at high quality and competitive pricing.
I do A LOT of last minute orders and they always come through without a glitch.
Very easy to work with the whole team over there, they personally drop off orders to me at the office. Anything from brochures, pull up banners, custom table cloths, tent cards, questionnaires, a marketing dream company!

They are great at what they do. I wish the communication would be better, but the end results of their work is exactly what we wanted. If you need anything in a rush, this probably isn’t the place for you. So be sure to give yourself enough time. They can pretty much print anything you can think of. Their prices seem average. They are open until 10pm, but graphics leaves at 5pm.

Very friendly. Responds in a timely manner. They are pretty quick and overall, very easy to work with. I definitely recommend using Mouse Graphics for your printing orders!
