The do-​it-​yourself scanners don’t work well if you try to do high resolution. It took forever – which costs lots of money – and then it crashed, and I ended up with nothing to show for the time and money spent.
Plus, when I first tried to get the attendant to help me, I was told that I’d have to buy a USB drive because he couldn’t email a scanned copy to my address – that should be a service that is offered. I warned him that I was trying to get the seal/​stamp to show up, but it turns out that their behind-​the-​desk scanner isn’t great and didn’t pick up the seal. But I had already bought the flash drive!
What a scam!

These guys and gals are so helpful. I order via email and they personally reply within an hour or so. They always acknowledge people waiting in line and the customer service is great!

I went to the FedEx Office today to have a poster made for my brother’s memorial service this Sunday, which then needed to be shipped to the florist handling the arrangements for me. I could not be happier with the level of service I received and with the speed with which the print job was completed. Everything was finished, including shipping, in less than 40 minutes. Meri M. was an absolute delight to work with. She understood my need to have my brother’s picture finished quickly and made sure that it was was done right away and then walked it over to the shipping area to get an estimate for me. Everybody who was involved in the process couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient at their job. I highly recommend this location!

I had a very critical situation for a conference where I needed some signage an materials printed very quickly. I used the online system to enter the materials and send them through, but called in advance to make sure they could hit a pretty aggressive deadline for some signs and glossy printouts. The person on the phone (whose name I wish I remembered to ask) was courteous, friendly and helpful. I asked if they could meet the deadlines and he said yes and to ignore the time on the website. I submitted and paid. When they came to do the order, they called me to confirm my selection and make suggestion of something that would look better. And didn’t charge me more. They not only hit the deadline, they beat it and everything came out great.
High, high recommend and many, many thanks to these folks.

Super understaffed! First I was having a really hard time with the website but when I called they were super helpful and I just emailed the pictures and headed over there for them to print. But once I got there, my pictures were too big and the lady helping me didn’t know how to size them down and print multiple pictures on one page. My guess is that she was new. I finally went over to the computers to make a document with the pictures on it sized already and they would refund my money from the computer time. Which was really nice of them! I got back to the counter only to find the line super long, some people needed help on the copy machine or printers. But with only 2 people working and so many jobs to do these two ladies got it done. Once they got to me my pictures printed weird so we tried again on another paper. FINALLY! After an 3 and half hours from the website, to the computer, I finally have my pictures the way I wanted them. She refund my money from the computer and have me my printed pictures for free due to the chaos. Over all experience was pretty terrible but the staff was very nice and was great at multitasking.

Don’t ship with FEDEX in general. Just received a wedding gift that was clearly not handled with care or respect. The package was practically opened and had two large footprints right on the top of the box! Can’t help but think a package that arrives at my door is a perfect opportunity to market their company’s skills. Handling with «care» must not be part of their mission statement.

Open 24 hours and located just close enough to OCC and Vanguard makes this location a perfect spot to make online print orders for my homework.
My order yesterday was ready ahead of time and checkout was super fast. Unfortunately the guy who was working last night needs a lesson in customer service and did not hide his dgaf attitude when he had to stop texting to find my order. Well, as long as he keeps printing my orders on time I’ll be back — you really can’t beat the hours/​location.

Avoid this store, horrible service. I brought my file in for a poster to be made the day before. I come in at 630am to pick up my poster for a meeting, and they told me «the file didn’t come thru» and they called me 5 times. I don’t have a single missed call or voicemail and I slept with my phone next to my head for this exact reason. Needless to say they didn’t have anything for me and told me it would take 30 minutes to have it done. I now look bad at work and will not be on time with my presentation. When I brought the file in the person who arranged my order seemed like he was rushing me, and quite rude. I needed help with dimensions and making sure the picture would not be distorted. He needed to adjust the dimensions after he had already put it thru, and gave me a hard time about having «to go back». Needless to say I’m convinced no one called, and if they did, they did not leave any message like I was told, to my face. Absolutely livid right now, this is the type of thing that contributes to losing your job. This is a timing issue, and I feel like I was mistreated and lied to. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never use this store again. Edit: «the laminating machine is warming up» so it will not be laminated unless I wait even longer. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was pretty disappointed that the computers there for customers to use were not updated. Tried to log onto my iCloud to look up my email and a few machines and they all said needed a updated version

I readily commend the local hiring and training practices here at FedEx-​Kinkos — Newport Blvd.
I had an extraordinary experience which exceeded expectations and saved major ducats. The most competent AM John and esteemed colleague Brittany worked proficiently to enable me to obtained a desired printing result on two projects. Staff will pay attention and take time for your all important requests.
The business methodology here is simple: your satisfaction is their success.

10am on a Tuesday and there is one person working here. Need to ship something and I have been waiting over 30 minutes. Take your business somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. Avoid this office. Employees are not courteous and don’t care.

This place is AWESOME!!! Went in to ship a present and BRITTANY B. helped me. She was amazing! She boxed it up and she just typed up the information (no need to fill out a form like other places). I’ve been to this location to work in the business center and get specialty items printed for work. The staff at the print center are so friendly and helpful. I’m always confident that my orders are going to come out right the first time and don’t have to worry.

Today I met the nicest employee to ever work at a FedExOffice/​kinkos. Her name is Genessa. I’m pretty scarred from my past experiences, so I always expect the worst when I walk into one of these places. This is the first time anyone has ever gone out of their way to offer help, and seem genuinely friendly. She was super helpful and it’s the quickest I’ve ever gotten in and out of one of these places. Thank you Genessa for restoring my faith in humanity and maybe even FedExOffice.

I had two packages. Two. Not big. Both in envelopes.
So I wanted to ship a gift to Los Angeles for my cousin. A really nice watch that would’ve been perfect for him. His address is 1055 W 76^th street (putting the address here is fine. No one is going to do anything).
So there’s 4 numbers in 1055 yes? Yes. If this number was hand written by an average citizen of 18 years old, it wouldn’t be difficult to read.
Well, Brittany B. Let me type that out one more, BRITTANY. B. messed that order up.
She put 125 W 80^th street.
How does anyone mess up that hard? I still have my copy of my order form which is the 3^rd layer. So since she was reading the address directly from the original paper. How? Please tell me how the HELL do you mess up that badly?
So the package is lost. I never got call back to notify me if my package was retrieved. Oh and I was hung up on TWICE from the FedEx mainline. TWICE. also misspelled my name many times. And pronounced wrong right after I would say it. It’s not difficult to say Celeste. No one has ever had an issue saying it my entire life.
So FedEx is the worst place to send anything. Avoid it. Especially having to pay 10.92 JUST for the shipping to LA. Fuck. Fedex. Go to hell.

I give this place a 5 star rating because a man named Ross helped me get my game board printed in just an hour! He was extremely helpful when I was in a very desperate situation and I’m very happy with his service and experience! Thanks so much for getting my things done on time!

As a business owner, I do NOT recommend printing here. I’ve had mistakes happen in my printing before but this last job took the cake.
I sent in my print job via email as I usually do and with instructions. The next day at pick up, my print job was a complete mess. I spent an hour of my time trying to correct the problems. I should’ve just handed it back to them and asked them to correct it. Then feeling completely overswhelmed with the print job and fixing it (it was over $ 150 worth of printing), I gather it and went home to correct, where I spent another hour correcting the sorting and figuring out what was missing. I had files missing that weren’t printed even though I was charged and I had extras of other print jobs plus the sheets were out of order for some of the files I had printed. A complete mess!
I asked them to print the files I was charged for and took back the extras. I called the next day to ask if it was completed and was told yes. When I went to get the prints, it took 30 minutes for someone to FINALLY find my print job. They kept saying it wasn’t there and it hadn’t been printed. And then finally someone found it on a table. It wasn’t completed correctly (again!). I asked for a partial refund for the time I had taken to do the job their staff should’ve done and what I had PAID for. It was terrible!
This place ended up costing valuable hours from their mistakes. I will not be using it again.

This place has great potential but the poor staff is over worked and overwhelmed. I come here all the time and the people that work here are wonderful. The manager is great and the staff is great but they are short staffed. Every time I walk in the door there is a line, everyone is rushed, stressed and to tell you the truth they look out of breath. Shame on Kinkos for not fixing this problem. The reviews here on Unilocal say it all. I think it’s time someone fixed the problem because it’s not fair to the employees and it the customers.

First time here today and great experience thanks to Ross. Best place and location for Passport photos! I was in and out in 10 minutes. 2 people behind counter said they would be right with me and as soon as Ross was finished he immediately assisted me. I had a great overall experience and worthy of 5 stars.
