Luv Diane’s bold prints, vibrant colors, yet she offers simple solid classics for the professionals whom want quality chic functional versatile pieces.
Honestly, wasn’t planning on buying anything, because I was in a rush to leave. But with so many gorgeous pieces, it was just too difficult to resist…
Kaitlyn was extremely helpful, so will definitely be returning to see her again.

I ordered a couple of the dvf ballerina wrap sweaters (love them) from Candice, the manager, and she went out of her way for me to ensure I got the right fit. She is very busy, but managed to provide great customer service in spite of that. I live in San Francisco and we do not have a DVF store in the Bay area but Candice and team made me feel like a valued customer even though it was via phone. I am a selective buyer when I purchase and like to ensure I have the right fit, quality fabric, etc. I may come off as a bit demanding in the beginning (also given I am a Northeast girl and direct which can be a bit much for the West Coast style), but I build quality relationships once the sales associates know what I like, and I remain a loyal buyer, so I believe this is a good start to a long term buyer seller relationship. Thanks again, Candice, and I will be back for more!:)

This is a really nice DVF store, much much bigger than the Bal Harbour location. The sales associates are super friendly and extremely helpful. The first time I walked out of the store and bought something off the rack, usually I end up ordering online at the store as the Bal Harbour location does not have the extensive selection. The downside is the exuberant Cali sales tax, at any rate, love this store!

Excellent location, very organized, very bright, the associates are extremely friendly, and they really engage to help you find what you’re looking for or help you find something you like if you don’t know what you want, at the same time, they don’t stalk you and let you look around without feeling pressured :)
