This is the same company as OC Dust Free which has some negative Unilocal reviews. I responded to their newspaper advertisement after learning from the Costco recommended flooring company that it would take 4 days to do the job, and we wouldn’t be allowed to walk on the stairs during that time (hard to do when your bedroom and baths are up the stairs!) I have to say the work they did was not done in one day (it took 2 days), AND there was sanding. HOWEVER, the end result was beautiful! I was able to walk on the stairs after a few hours. There was some drip marks on the stair risers, but the company came and took care of the problem immediately. After dealing with the Costco company (Family Floors) these people were wonderful!
