We are a brand new RV Resort near Gatlinburg, TN bordering the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We will be gated, all sites are large, 50 amp full hook-​up, and we offer many amenities. These include golf cart rentals, rally room, store, laundry, exercise room, individual bathrooms, pavilion, swimming pool, lazy river (coming soon), pet area, cable, wifi, and playground.

We enjoyed staying here with our family. Good size spots. Peaceful area away from the touristy parts of town. The resort is still close enough to everything that we wanted to visit too. Bonus my favorite zip line was right down the road. Climb works!
Another bonus; They have a haunted hay ride every weekend for the month of October for campers staying in the resort. My kids couldn’t stop talking about it all weekend.
We will recommend this place to our other camping friends. Can’t wait to come back and camp again.

First time at this new RV park. Great location not too far from Gatlinburg and just far enough away from all the traffic. The hosts were great and I could not have asked for more. Very friendly and accommodating. Not something you find at most established campgrounds for whatever reason. Well thought out hook ups and site design. Definitely caters to big rigs.

Stayed here for 4 days recently. Excellent campground. Large sites, friendly staff, outstanding bathhouse with all showers private. Close to all area attractions and far enough away to be peaceful. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 5 days in an airstream this past week. The grounds are immaculate, the bathhouse spotless, amazing pool and the sites are spacious and not crammed. The owners are very helpful, even backed my trailer in for me.(im not very good at it) and got it leveled on all sides. There is a campstore on site that has just about everything you would need from rv supplies to food and beverages. Its a short drive to gatlinburg and located right on the edge of the National Park. There are a few trailheads within walking distance. The resort is very secure and all the campers were very friendly.
I highly recommend camping here and we will be back for many more visits.
