The Union Student Living offers fully-​furnished 2 & 4 bedroom apartments for lease. Leases are traditionally one year long, beginning in September and ending in August. There are also opportunities to sublet.

Resident’s monthly payment includes W/​S/​G utilities, and there is free high-​speed internet! Each apartment has a washer/​dryer, and every door locks, ensuring privacy between roommates.

Additionally, there is ample parking (both covered and uncovered, plus guest spaces!) and multiple rooftop patios as well as lounge & study space that is always accessible to residents.

History

Established in 2013.

Built in 2013, we are a brand new facility, committed to being as environmentally friendly as possible. Originally managed by someone else, The Union switched hands after just a few short years, and is now happily managed by Horizon Realty Advisors.
