Auto Tech Foreign & Domestic

Towed my car there and left it overnight in the well-​lit parking lot under video surveillance. No appointment but they got me in first thing in the AM and had the car ready by lunch. John was very professional and pointed out the aged wiring problem and was very gracious in explaining my mistakes while tinkering… The hourly rate was reasonable and the staff was courteous. Would trust them with my autos again.

John fixed my car after many failed fuel pumps. That was in January 2012 and it’s been running amazing ever since. He had my car in and out the same day. I appreciate everything he did. My car broke down at least 4 – 5 times in a 3 year period, I was replacing the fuel pump/​alternator/​battery almost every year. GREAT JOB!

AMAZING! Not sure what kind of bad day that other 2-​star reviewer must have been having, but this place simply cannot be beat. I have never in my life found an auto-​shop that I feel like I can actually trust — until discovering this gem. I won’t even consider taking my car anywhere else now! John does very meticulous, solid work every time and their prices are LOW! I cannot say enough good things about my 2 experiences here… THANK YOU Auto Tech!

If you enjoy being overcharged for repair services, then this is the place for you! Seriously though, any repair shop that will charge you for a full hour of service to do a simple diagnostic on a check engine light should not be trusted. When I asked the woman at the front desk their reasoning for the charge, her response is «you won’t find another shop in town that does it cheaper» Let me tell you, this is NOT true. After my less than thrilling experience with them I called several other foreign auto repair shops and found that not only do most NOT charge for simple diagnositcs but their prices are far less than Auto Tech. I had also taken my car to Auto Tech for a previous mechanical issue and while they fixed it, they DID NOT tighten bolts properly and I ended up on the side of the road broke down due to THEIR mistake. Regardless of their «making it right», I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and I’m positive I’m not the only one!
