Wayka & Gina Bartolacelli are a professional and dynamic mother-​daughter team.

Wayka has been a top producer since she was named Rookie of the Year in 1986, specializing in Marin County Real Estate. Wayka has a wealth of knowledge, helping both buyers and sellers with their most important purchases and sales, with the most careful counseling and skillful attention to detail. She often hears from colleagues and clients that her calm, confident and trustworthy personality make a stressful process more bearable.

Gina teamed up with Wayka in 2012, learning the trade from one of the best mentors in the business. She provides technical and administrative support for marketing, handles paperwork during the escrow process, and offers her artistic eye with staging and remodeling projects.

Wayka and Gina both pride themselves in their intuitive and gentle understanding of their clients’ needs and have expanded their business to accommodate an array of services. These include, but are not limited to de-​cluttering and downsizing (for seniors especially), job relocation support from or to Marin, first-​time buyers, income properties/​1031 exchange/​vacation/​2^nd homes/​rental properties, short-​sales, Trustees/​Power of Attorney, as well offering guidance and resources for clients selling during a family emergency.
