I made an appt. over a month ahead of time so my nails would be perfect for a wedding, and received a call at 8:30pm the night before saying the technician called in sick leaving me no time to make a new appointment. I was offered 15% off my next service which seemed like a dismal attempt at customer service. Ironically, if I had missed my appt. I would be liable for the entire treatment cost. All that aside, The Bay Club should have on call staff or alternate staff available when employees call in sick. I was there having a service done once, and the same individual called in sick and an entire wedding party had to make new arrangements for services. Lesson learned. I left a voice mail for the manager, hopefully she will implement a more customer oriented experience for future guests.
