A follow-​up: Mr Nana has a very solid, well spoken employee in his service department. Travis has worked with me over the last 2 months to rectify our door problem. Mr Nana generously agreed to replace the improperly ordered door panel and have it installed at their cost. I greatly appreciated him resolving my problem with alacrity and taking the time to get to the facts of the problem. As well, Travis confirmed the details of the replacement order with me, and even sent out replacement locks so all doors would have matching keys. As I’ve stated previously, these are beautiful doors, and really allow you to have a continuous indoor-​outdoor space. We have a large outdoor entertainment area, and this product allows us to take advantage of this optimally.

WE LOVE OUR NANAWALL!!! It has changed our whole house for the better. From beginning to end the experience was great. Mark came out to our house to help me see the potential in what we could do with our old double french doors. Their price was $ 30,000 cheaper than Clark Adams Renewal by Anderson. We ordered the door, it came in on time, 9 weeks, and their recommended installer, Robert Stutzel did the install. It was a tricky install and took a little longer than expected but Robby is a perfectionist. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We now have a big bright living room that opens up to our BBQ, fire pit, spa, and pool. It’s awesome. THANK YOU NANAWALL !!!

I’ve owned homes in Southern California and New York. Given the expense of living in these hot markets, I tend to find «ugly ducklings» and slowly turned them into swans. Today, I experienced NanaWall in a brownstone remodel in New Jersey, and for my next home, I’m now going with a NanaWall. The system has the feel, to me, of a quality German sports sedan. It’s solid, there’s a heft to it, yet the engineering is such that it’s featherweight to operate. It is not only a beautiful, functional folding glass wall, it has a certain something that appeals to the design nerd in me.

After reading the reviews and seeing the doors we still decided take a chance and purchase a 16 foot Nana wall anyway. The sales guy was ok and the door seemed really nice so we ordered the door. Once the Nanawall came in the installer «Deiter» showed up to install the door. Now the door is in and it’s a beautiful addition to our new remodel. Thanks Nana

We have absolutely LOVED our NanaWall doors installed in our business! For 6 ½ year both customers and employees have enjoyed the indoor/​outdoor feel. We had one issue with a handle breaking, but the staff was so pleasant and sent us a new one for free! The reps at both NanaWall and the installer were so professional and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

I have been specifying NanaWall System doors for 5 years. I learned after using other cheaper and inferior folding door products that did not perform well that we would use the best designed and fabricated system for our clients. It gets very cold and very hot in Chicago, sometimes in the same day. We get high winds and torrential rains. NanaWall products are designed and fabricated better to so that they close and seal better and it is more comfortable inside adjacent to them. They cost more than other products and they are worth it.
When the residential design calls for a Lanai area to be open to the kitchen or a dramatic master shower with three walls that open to the Chicago skyline We design those spaces around NanaWall product specs.
When a commercial client wants the front of his Downtown Vodka distillery to open up to their sidewalk café we Designed the commercial glazing around the NanaWall.
We will continue to rely on the Nanawall Systems and their certified installer to provide the best folding door systems we know of.

Wow! The NanaWalls installed at The Pub in the Gulch, 400 11^th Ave S, Nashville, TN 3720, are spectacular. The Pub is located at the corner of Pine & 11^th. A large sliding system opens on to Pine Street to allow for outdoor dining, and a beautiful wood folding system opens to 11^th, to make for awesome people watching. The NanaWalls are an absolutely stunning addition to the design of this restaurant. Check them out. The food and atmosphere at The Pub is also great!

WOW, what an amazing dining experience provided at Salito’s restaurant (Sausalito CA) that have NanaWall Systems leading out to their dining deck. On a warm fall evening, the views were endless and the indoor-​outdoor dining was so enjoyable. As a creative/​design professional, I will definitely recommend these opening glass walls to my clients and suggest they go to Salito’s to check them out.

So in 2007 I spent 75g on NanaWalls for my beach front restaurant in San Diego. At first they looked and worked beautiful. Four years later they completely fell apaert, to the point that they were dangerous. During the four years I had them I had to replace atleast 40 hand levers used to open the windows at $ 40 a pop. During the four years I had to have them serviced twice at 3g a pop. When I complained to them they basically blow me off giving me a new bid to replace them at 75G. This company is a Joke. DO NOT BUY THEIR POOR QUALITY PRODUCT!!!

We installed a system in 2005 at a cost of close to $ 25,000.00, that is almost $ 30,000.00 in 2013 dollars. One of the doors would not close due to a locking mechanism that wore out. When we called the company, they could not recommend one person in the entire Coachella Valley to do the repair and said the part would cost $ 42.00, was not covered by the warranty, and to google a local repair person. Not that these doors are common but being told that a new part was needed because the doors were ‘used’, is laughable. I spec doors on projects and the manner this was handled is disappointing to say the least. On a positive note representative was professional and easy to get in contact with over the phone and by email. Come on guys, when someone spends that kind of money, mail the part and thank the customer for the countless referrals. And at the very least, if it is true ‘tons of systems’ are in the area, then have a number of a qualified local repair professional.

I was interested in their product but they were incredibly rude and inconsiderate.
