iKnowTech is a new brand that was launched at the beginning of 2012. However we have been serving Marin and the Bay Area with technology related services since 2004 under our previous brand of Axis Computer Consulting.

I recently needed my hard drive replaced on my iMac. The Apple Store wanted to keep my computer for a week, and «couldn’t tell me over the phone» how much the total charges would be!
Then I contact Jason at iKnowTech. He gave me an immediate quote and offered to have my computer back within 48 hours — which was awesome considering it is my primary computer for work.

He knows computers and has been able to troubleshoot with our dental software company — in fact he has been more help to us than the company that sold us the software in the first place! I have recommended him to friends who couldn’t thank me enough for the referral. Over time we’ve replaced computer equipment, repaired and updated, & Jason has made all this easy & seamless.
