History

Established in 1964.

Coronado Floor and Window first opened its doors selling vacuums. In Coronado’s early days the products we offer today were often bought at the local hardware or paint store since the beach cottages didn’t have much use for them. As time went on people began living in Coronado year-​round and there was a need for variety, selection and diversity of home decorating goods and services offered by knowledgeable proprietors and sales staff.

Today we have an extensive Sample selection and our store is full of the products and services that focus on the latest innovations. We are constantly attending industry-​wide workshops, forums, and expositions to keep up-​to-​date. It’s our business and goal, to make sure you get what is best for your home, office, rental, beach cottage, and second home. From the exterior of your home to the interior, Coronado Floor & Window can’t think of anything more private than your intimate surroundings.

Business Owner

Linda Cunningham, owner and principal designer of Coronado Floor and Window, brings to you 20 years of professional experience in all aspects of residential construction and Interior Design. Prior to relocation to Coronado, Linda was actively involved in custom construction. Graduating with a degree in Interior Design, she is an Allied Member of ASID, and a professional qualified member of National Association of Professional Women. She is recognized as an expert in solving design dilemmas, and has authored design columns and articles in local newspapers and magazines. She is active in Coronado and Point Loma social and business communities. Linda is a resident of Coronado, California.
