I can honestly say it has been a pleasure doing business with Coronado Cays Realty the past year. For years, I was familiar with Coronado Cays Realty through my mother. My mother had Aldo’s business cards on her refrigerator, hidden in phone books and tucked away in the glove compartment of her cars. Whenever she had a real estate question she called Aldo. After my mother’s passing last year, I picked up Aldo’s business card and contacted him. Not only did Aldo find the perfect property for my investment, but Alberta found a long term tenant to occupy within a couple months of closing escrow! Alberta, Aldo and Mari also manage a second property, vacation rental, and are always available day or night to answer any questions or concerns that might arise. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and dependable. Most importantly, I trust them to take care and manage my properties, which is something so crucial for me personally because I live hours away. They are the only company I feel comfortable handing over the keys with complete access and responsibility of my properties. They’ve been in real estate for decades and it shows in their expertise with the local inventory, comps, legal issues, contracts, leases, tenant/​landlord rights, connections, loyal clientele, and most importantly always conduct business with a smile along with a calm and positive demeanor.
