History
Established in 2009.
For decades the residents of the seaside village of Coronado watched the old boarding house, circa 1906, deteriorate until it was closed by City officials. Husband and wife team, Dave and Sue Gillingham (along with 3 other couples) invested in the property, restored the building, and created a luxury hotel.
The result is an exceptional property with old world charm and the finest modern amenities.
