Excellent job on my carpet especially the stairs that had filter stains on the edges.
Many other cleaners could not remove these. Tully said no problem, and for a few bucks extra
my stairs look great again. I was going to replace the carpet soon. Now its good for many
more years.

I fell off a ladder and spilled an entire can of paint into my carpet. Tully was there in less than an hour to clean it up. By phone, he reassured me that he could get the paint out even after a couple of days. The service was fast, friendly and at a great price. I can’t even see a hint that a disaster once occurred in that bedroom.

Highly recommended! They did an amazing job, my carpets look and feel clean again! They explained the amount of drying time needed, and gave us a self cleaning suggestion for when our rescue dog has accidents inside. We will definitely be using them again! Excellent service, great job on the carpets!

I was really disappointed with the service. I made the appointed 2 weeks in advance, the person showed up 1 hour late, that was the first appointment for the day. I kept calling the cellphone and office number but no one responded. Be prepared to pay $ 5 per room for vacuuming the room before doing the carpet cleaning. Unprofessional, waste of time, had to call someone else to fix the mess which this guy created. I would recommend not to waste your time by calling this company.

Being 7 months pregnant I wanted to start prepping my home for an arrival of a newborn. I called and scheduled an appointment with Darrin. He did an excellent job! He arrived on time and was very friendly and gave me tons of information regarding my home; everything from the smells, the filtration lines in my carpet, and my air conditioning vents. I highly recommend his services and I’m sure I will be calling him again for all my future carpet needs.

For some unknown reason, Unilocal removed the review I previously posted for Tully Carpet Cleaning, so I’m posting it again. Darin, the owner of Tully Carpet Cleaning, performed magic with the nearly white, eight-​year old carpeting throughout our home. Our carpeting looks like new, and I can honestly say It was a treat to have him here. He’s pleasant, honest, thorough, and very reasonable. He also cleaned an area rug in our foyer, which had dulled, and brought it back to life. The colors are now brilliant! Thank you Darin for an excellent job! You will be the only person allowed to clean our carpets in the future! I highly recommend Tully Carpet Cleaning!

I won’t be using this company again. I thought they would sweep the baseboard and vacuum real good but was not done. Not sure if the past company was the only one to include this in carpet cleaning. Since we have moved I have not been able to find anyone that compares to him and his son. :(customer service was good which is why I gave 2 stars.

Tully was wonderful. He even got rid of a puke stain on our stairs. We’ve tried everything to get it out before we called tully!
** the price is pretty sweet. We had three rooms (living rooms, two bedrooms) including the hallway cleaned for $ 165. Although our bedrooms are larger than the average size, tully didn’t make a big deal about it when he calculated out price.
** I love how tully has a three day guarantee. If the stain comes back OR you spill coffee on the carpets that tully had cleaned. He’ll come back and clean it for you!

Let’s put it this way… We rescued a new puppy a few months ago and she was not potty trained. We have urine stains everywhere despite cleaning up after her. My little girl got nail polish in her room, and the last carpet cleaner couldn’t get them out.
Darin from Tully came out last Friday and COMPLETELY TOOK CARE OF ALL THAT! It looks like we got brand new carpet!!!
He even has a guarantee where he will come back if the stains come back!

I still can’t believe what great work Tully provided! I really appreciated that Arlo was honest about his rates before coming down and did not try to upcharge us when he got here. We have a puppy and a baby on the way so we wanted to get rid of the pet odor asap. Tully has the best rates and service we have had so far.
After he began, he realized that the odor was worse than what he originally thought. Instead of charging me extra, he offered to do a two step treatment. The first day to let the chemicals set and clean and then came back the next day to neutralize the odor. He also gave us a recommended cleaning solution for future accidents. We will definitely be keeping his info for future appts!

Arlo Tully is definitely the «go to guy» for carpet cleaning. I have more than an average amount of carpet, about 2500 sq. ft., and have had several different cleaning services over the years, so know what to expect in price and service. This time I had one other price/​service estimate. They quoted a price that was three times more than Tully and a time estimate of two days. Tully did the job in about five hours.
Arlo was very professional and showed a desire to please the customer. He said he would return in a couple days if some minor touch up was needed. I did call him, and he did revisit.
I will definitely call upon Tully when carpet service is again needed.
