HORRIBLE communication. Turned in all my paperwork and $$. I didnt hear back for four days but only after i emailed for an update. She answered back with short one word answers. «the owner is reviewing all the applicants». I then proceeded to email everyday an update with no answer. Thats after i asked her why they were still posting the rental on craigslist if the owner is suppose to be reviewing the applications. Four days later she writes and says i didnt get the place. They just like collecting the applicants application fee and proceed not to give them anything. Stay away from this place. Bad news! I will also report to the B.B.B. This place is a joke!!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! ***** Stay away!!! Tammi has been posting the same property on Craigslist and other rental websites over and over again! 3bd. 2 bath. On Border I’m Corona. Well, I was very interested in this property my fiancée called Tammi’s office (as her post said to do so) and spoke directly to her; she said someone would give us a call when the property was ready to be viewed and left it at that … 2 ½ weeks past by and we did NOT hear back from anyone so I decided to call myself. When I called Tammy answered, I asked her about the property and she told me «ugh…that is no longer available! I already have a really good application submitted!!!» I couldn’t deal with how rude she was and hung up. She could have simply said its no longer available and nothing else. As of today…3 months later, she continues to post the same property. I thought she had a «really good application submitted»?! This lady nor her employees have met me, they don’t know anything about me nor do they know my credit score to make them think I don’t qualify for any of her properties… Just stay away and take your business somewhere else these people are really UNPROFESSIONAL!!! don’t waste your time!!!

If you are a home owner I wouldn’t use this company. I have seen this house for rent for a few months. I decided to call and they will not work with me to show me the home. I have tried other properties and they didn’t call me back. Isn’t it their job to rent out your place? If they are this hard to work with just to rent, then it makes me wonder how they handle problems. So many companies out use someone else. I wish I could contact the home owner so they can use someone else.

I have thought a great deal prior to writing this review. However, I simply can not recommend this company and want others to know why. I have had the WORST experience with Tammi herself today. I have known her for over 10 years and prior to today would have recommended her. She is successful in her business, however ONLY IF SHE is in charge. This is the 2^nd time I have used her company… both have not been a good experience. She will not accept any criticism from an owner about ANY tenant that she rents too. She will agree with the tenant OVER the land owner.
When my tenant moved in her employee did NOT COLLECT rent! He moved in, DID NOT pay until I had her employee named Lynn go over THE NEXT DAY and tell them they had to pay RIGHT then or STOP moving in. Lynn called, the tenant would not answer his phone… she finally reached him… he told her he would be there in one hour… showed up in 3 hours stating he had «LOST THE CASHIERS CK ON THE WAY.» Tammi was upset when I told her «the tenant has to STOP moving in unless he pays me!»
The tenant ultimate became very demanding two months after moving in… asking to paint kitchen cabinets RED, stating «Melody said it was ok.» I did not., the tenant in two months asked for NUMEROUS items to be upgraded in the house., painting cabinets, asking for all new carpet in the entire house, painting the entire home with the exception of the hallways, requesting TILE in the bathroom dressing area, tree trimming, complained about the gardenercomming…(I installed 4 NEW Italian floors just prior to them moving in and a 5,000.00 wood kitchen floor)…O YES… and ceiling fans in EVERY ROOM BC he had a 500.00 electric bill…(4 bedrooms)! All DESPITE agreeing to the condition of the home when he moved in after a 1.5 HOUR walk thru. I can show documentation on ALL of the above.
I emailed tenant personally stating I was not authorizing repairs other than THOSE DEEMED UNINHABITABLE, changes to house and that it was my opinion he may be «happier in another residence.» I called Tammi to discuss a repair (necessary) in the home today… Tammi stated «you need to be more reasonable with the tenant and NOT bring his many requests to his attention and NOT tell him he would be happier someplace else!» I replied, ‘So, I need to allow him to install ceiling fans in every room, PAINT kitchen cabinets RED, paint every room in the house as well DESPITE the fact I gave him a 2,400.00 DISCOUNT for signing a two year lease (OVER 1 free months rent) and let them bring their 100 pound DOG with them when they moved into my home WITHOUT paying pet rent (he asked if he could pay the pet deposit on PAYMENTS)?” She said, «YES, I WOULD ALLOW HIM TO INSTALL FANS.»
Her major complaint with me was I said «NO» to the tenant. She told me it was in «my best interest to allow HIM to install ceiling fans!»
In closing, If you are a «non involved home owner then this is the place for you… if you are an INVOLVED home owner protecting your investment… do not use this company for prop management. She does NOT like it when you disagree with her!

If you can avoid working with this property management company then I suggest you do. When I was trying to get them to show me a property I had their agents flake on me twice after I had given them advance notice of my arrival and driven 30+ miles to view the property. My husband and I were ready to move in immediately but because they dragged their feet showing us the property and signing the forms it took over a month before we were able to move in, making the actual owner of the property lose $.
Since moving in we’ve had various confrontations with the management company, making me firm in my desire to rent a different property just to get away from dealing with this office, where otherwise I’d be 150% satisfied with the rental property.
Oh, and good luck getting anyone to answer a phone here. They work weird hours and can supposedly only show properties on their lunch breaks.

My husband and I viewed a showing of a house for rent by Tammi yesterday. We were very disappointed for numerous reasons. I was told three weeks ago that someone would call me back when the house was open to show and know one ever did call me back. I happened to call on the day of the showing and spoke with Tammi she said the house was available now to move in. My husband and I were very excited to view the inside of the home since we were waiting some time to see the inside and it is in a nice area where we currently rent. My husband left work early to view the home as appointment was at 5:30, we even canceled other plans to make the showing. When we get to the house Tammi says numerous times «the house is a little rough, just needs carpet and paint»… WHAT is she kidding me! .
The house looked and smelled like homeless people had been staying there for years! Trash, beer bottles, personal belongings, closet doors busted, kitchen and bathrooms were digusting! I have seen cleaner outhouses!
We felt bad for the other viewers that actually let their little kids walk around in there and not worried about catching some disease! oh let’s not forget the view outside of a bedroom window of the neighbors dog crap and trash.
I am extremely dumbfounded as to why Tammi would show a house for rent in that condition, at the very least pick up the trash and empty beer bottles before you let people in! We understand they will be putting «new carpet and paint» however that house needs weeks of repairs and I doubt they can get rid of the smell! so disappointed!
