History

Established in 2005.

Recognizing the need for 7-​day-​a-​week professional property management service, Landmark Property Management was formed. Landmark’s business philosophy proved to be very popular with landlords, and the company grew rapidly. The core of our team includes three Brokers and three Agents. In this group are college graduates and /​or military veterans with over 70 years combined real estate and property management experience as licensed Brokers and Agents. Our company has procured and maintained many hundreds of leases in over 20 communities in Southern California. Our core team also includes highly experienced Short Sale-​certified Brokers and Agents.

Each team member brings a wealth of invaluable knowledge and talent to the company. We are dedicated professionals who acknowledge the full commitment necessary to provide the best customer service possible through hard work and continuing education.
