Precision did a great job cleaning our calcified pool tile. Should have had them do this years ago. Thanks Precision.

Brain and his crew are awesome! The two your gentlemen that came to my house were very courtesy and knowledgeable (all young adults could take a lesson from these two guys) They finish everything on time and worked extermely hard while they were there. They got the calcium ring off of my oversized spa and everything looks brand new again! Thanks guys!

I would not recommend this company! Hired them to do some calcification removal on the stone wall surrounding my jacuzzi and was not happy with the results. My stone looked 10X worse after the treatment. The company employees and owner left me (the customer) to fix the problem. But when I refused because a) I didn’t want to inhale the toxic fumes of the spray can and b) that’s why I hired someone to do the job in the first place, the owner offered a tiny discount from original quote. I didn’t feel it was enough of a discount — as the work that was done was sub par. I offered to pay the owner half of the amount but he decided to send a «friend» over, who spray painted the rocks to look slightly better. When I sent a check for the original agreed discounted amount, the owner told me since he had to pay out of pocket for someone to come fix the damage, that I should pay the full amount. That was his choice to hire someone to fix the mess — I didn’t ask him to. I totally disagreed and felt he should have taken the money I sent and be glad the job was done. But no, after harassing text messages about collecting the extra $ 50 — I told him I would send him a check for the remainder. Snailmail takes awhile but instead of waiting to receive my check, he continued to harass me — after I had specifically asked him not to bother me any more about this job! If you are thinking about using this company, make sure you get competitive bids as I think they are overpriced and «not exactly» skilled at their work.

I just had Brian and his crew come out to clean my tile. They did an amazing job and my pool looks spanking brand new! They were very professional, organized and clean during the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Been referring Precision Pool Tile Cleaning for several years now with confidence. They remove the calcium and hard water buildup off of fountains, pool tile, waterfalls, etc. The owner Brian is hard worker with integrity. They also have stripped off some difficult coatings for me, but they specialize in removing the calcium ring around the inside of pool tiles. I would recommend them.

Got my pool tile cleaned, tile re-​grouted and mastic replaced. The owner mike was quick coming out for a job walk to give me an estimate. He noticed the hot tub spill over tiles that had fallen off and recommended replacing with larger tiles. All the tiles look sparkling new and I highly recommend using him if your tiles are getting that white calcium ring above the waterline.

Very happy!!! Was tired of looking at my white calcium build up on my pool! This team came in and got the job done! This is the first time I’ve had this done, our pool has been in for 6yrs and it looks like new again!!! I will be a returning customer!

Premium charges. (Never go with lowest bid). 100ft min, $ 480 for pool tile clean and protective coating. Pool installed only eighteen months prior so surface debris hadn’t accumulated much.
First trip: Half tiles left with surface debris, top halves of tiles. Small dark ring left around spa. Returned same evening to take care of it properly. Left spillway tiles from spa into pool with surface debris. Left valve to empty pool open and discovered another two inches drained. Back gate nor pool control box door not secured.
Returned a third time to properly clean spillway tiles.
Brian’s equipment, methods used, and skill are the best bar none. He will return until job is perfect. Highly recommended, and will use again.

This was the first time we have had our tile cleaned and needless to say it had accumulated a lot of calcium deposits. We were kept informed on time the guys would be here by Ana (really appreciated that and Chris and the guys did a great job. Tile looks like new.

Brian and his team did a great job. Very honest and helpful during the estimate visit, timely and professional during the actual service, and reasonably priced. Results are outstanding. We wonder why we didn’t have this done years ago. And we had them do some of the adjacent concrete areas that also needed sandblasting. All good!

We decided to try this company for our pool. We called and spoke with the owner and she was friendly and provided us with some general information that we were seeking. We forward pictures of our pool and she indicated she would respond by the next business day. We waited and waited… but no response. We called again and inquire about when they would be able to come to our house, but again we were told they would call us back, gave them our information again. We waited and waited, but no response again. Once again, we called but we were told the same information that someone would call us back. Well nothing… and finally after a week, we of no receiving a phone call or e-​mail communication. We decided to use another company that calls us back. If they treat future customer with No Customer Service, I would hate to be a customer of them! I would not use them at all due to lack of response!

I highly recommend Precision Pool and Tile Cleaning! They are professional in every way. They know how to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They have cleaned our pool tiles which were covered in calcium deposits two times now and have done a fantastic job both times. The tiles now look like new. will definitely be calling on their services in the future! If you need your pool tile professionally cleaned, they are the company to call!
