Just used this company for tree trimming and they did an amazing job! They left everything super clean and really really nice guys! I definitely recommend this company.

We hired them to trim 11 overgrown huge palms in our newly acquired backyard. They showed up when they said they would after calling prior to confirm twice and did an excellent job! We will definitely use them again and in fact I’ve already sent their info onto a friend to use them.

DON’T BOTHER CALLING FOR A QUOTE
Just like several of the other reviewers, they were a no-​show. I guess the landscaping industry must be booming. Here’s how it went:
–I called to setup my free estimate (phone was answered with just a «hello». I think it’s their home phone). I scheduled an appt for Saturday at 10am and supplied all my info.
–Saturday, before 9am they called to confirm appt, unfortunately waking up everyone including my 4 month old.
–10am and no one showed. At 10:30am I called both their land line (owner’s brother answered and had no idea where his brother was) AND left a message on the owner’s cell phone.
–11am we had things to do and left. Got a text from the owner at noon asking if he could come to our house at 12:30. I told him no and haven’t heard back since.
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

These guys were very responsive and I’m very impressed with their work on my palm trees. There is a slight language barrier, but with a little patience and just getting your number to them, the owners son will call you back ASAP. Give them a call, highly recommended.

Called them last Friday to come out for a quote, they said they would be there Saturday at noon, never showed up, never called back.

I have no idea the work that they do because they didn’t call back when they said that they would and they didn’t come out to give me an estimate when they said that they would. Plus, he hung up on me when I was trying to ask him if he had my address. If he didn’t want my business then he just could have told me so. I will never use them and I will never recommend that anyone ever call them.

They just left our yard which looked like a jungle before they came.
I called yesterday to get an estimate and got one that same afternoon! +1 star!
My parents are going on vacation so i asked them to do a one time clean up as soon as they can… and they came THE NEXT DAY! +1 star!
A group of Ortega’s men came around 7:30am and didn’t finish until 6pm? So why did they take so long? No one cleaned up or touch the garden for ONE WHOLE YEAR at my house. Previously only the front lawn was taken care of.
So they:
unrooted ALL the weeds
I have around 10 palm look-​a-​like trees they they clean, cut and sweat over.
shaped ⁴⁄₅ over ten feet tall trees
shaped all the bushes
trimmed all the crazy looking leaves on the walls.
in the end, they hauled away ALL THE GARDEN WASTE. EVERYTHING!!+ 5million stars if i could.
it would a really tiring job, but they really took their time and finished everything to the very last detail. I feel bad my parents are poor tippers:/ so i’m kind of making it up by giving them a review they deserve.
oh yea, also asked them to come do our bi-​weekly lawn service.

Hubby and I were tired of our dirt lawn, and never ending, never surviving grass. We recently hired these guys to fix our backyard. Of course you get nervous paying someone for a service, but we were very happy with what they’ve done for our yard. They yanked out all the dead grass, weeds, and roots, and aerated the yard prior to putting in the freshly cut sod. The grass is so dark green, and lush. We got to mow the lawn for the first time this weekend, and we couldn’t be happier.
From our experience, I would highly recommend them, and use them again if we need to in the future.
